Barry was professional and responsive and dud a thorough evaluation of our roof. He provided information on our roof type options. He was here everyday supervising his crew & did a great job installing a new roof, skylight, and venting the attic, which was likely the reason for the ice dam & should greatly reduce the chances of another one.

Barry and his crew did a very nice job repairing a leak in the slate roof on our ~100 year old home in Cleveland Heights. Barry was responsive and very informative when he came out for an estimate. He talked through a lot of options with us, and was very willing to adapt his approach to make the job work for us. They repaired flashings, fixed slate tiles, installed ice guard and replaced wood that had been rotted out by the long-neglected leak. The cost was very reasonable, but we don't feel there was any drop in the quality of work compared to some of the other roofing companies we considered.

He has a lot of experience with slate roofs, which is what brought him to our attention, but he's also a good option for shingle or flat roof work (we'll be going back to him for that soon!).

Mr. Swirsky came out today and found a nail leaf in my roof and wasn't even going to charge me to fix it. My roof is over 25 years old and I've dealt with other roofers, I could tell from talking with him that he was very knowledgeable about many types of roofing. They do EPDM now too. He took the business over from his father and they've been in business many decades. On time, professional, knowledgeable, and honest.
