4 I had a script there for the first time. Tried calling numerous times. By the time I was able to call back and follow up, The first representative gave me wrong information and the second representative told me I must have heard the information incorrectly. She told me I don't need to yell at her. If she thought that was yelling, I can't imagine what her day to day is like!
Could definitely work on professionalism and dealing with customers, even and especially upset customers. I will never use this pharmacy again nor will I ever recommend it to anybody!
Specialty pharmacy dealing in dermatology and opthalmology medications. Very nice staff.
My dermatologist told us to use this pharmacy for some specialty medicines and when I called the pharmacy to check on the status of the prescription they told me they would not fill it because they would not make any money. Wow. If you have a choice to go somewhere else, do it. One word for them. Karma….
