Sylvania Mower Center reviews
7The sales representative Kirk was kind and well versed with mowers. He helped us find our 30" toro and we will be coming back in the future for repairs or new equipment.
Took care of my minor issue without attitude. Very professional would recommend to everyone. Great job thanks
Asked for a quote on a couple zero turn mowers. One being the Gravely Stealth. Chose Gravely (thinking it was the stealth) when my husband when in to pay/ order it he asked if there was a discount for cash. Was told sure $200.5 weeks later no mower, no communication unless we initiated, and generic “soon “ answers, I looked at my invoice to start shopping elsewhere. I then realized I had never been quoted the Stealth rather the regular 2023 model and the $200 discount was because they sold my husband the 2022 model.
I called B&G in West Unity and the man said we have 3 or 4 each of 2023 & 2022 in stock. Had a mower 3 days later but not from Sylvania!
They did refund my money promptly
From the owner to the technicians servicing your equipment these people are amazing, extremely, experienced and very helpful.
Walked in got what I needed got waited on right away and got out of there very polite people
After a long day of mowing grass with Rapid Lawn Service getting new blades and and fresh oil filters from Sylvania Mower on Dorr st is 5 stars
I service my lawnmower and snowblower here. After the storm this weekend I pulled out my 2-stage snowblower. Unfortunately, the starter cord broke. Called them up and asked for an estimate. Nick said bring it in and he'll repair it. But rather than lugging the whole unit he suggested popping off a few bolts and just bring the housing. Easy enough! Less than 15 minutes in the shop and under $30 I was out the door. Fastened it back on and fired it up! Saved me a lot of back pain!
