Been one year since living here and my experience here has been awesome. I’m never renew a lease in Cincinnati due to the bad landlords but this place is really worth the renewal. Not only is the place affordable, but the tenants are really good at reaching out to people about getting information to you. They made it easy for you to pay rent, the maintenance is fast and quick responding when something is needed.
I love the neighborhood and the community we’ve in downtown. Everybody in our building is respectful and nice. Most importantly, everyone is a working household and you don’t ever have to worry about missing packages or random people in the building.
I know everyone has their own personal experience, but reading the comments I couldn’t relate to those comments. I always say you can’t judge something until you try it. I recommend this place for anyone looking for renting.
