I had the pleasure of being serviced by Courtney. She was very nice and helpful with all my questions and concerns. She did a great job on my hair and renewed my faith in staying natural. I already scheduled my 2nd visit!

Synergi is THE BEST SALON in Columbus! The Stylists are friendly, knowledgeable, and your hair will be done in 90 minutes or less! Courtney is my stylist, and she ALWAYS gets my hair together.

I drove 3o min to the salon, only to be told that my stylist went home sick and they dont have any body to do my hair, mind you I work night shift. I Woke up just so I can keep my appointment and get my hair done, No I am not happy

Kenyatta hooked me up! She cut off several inches of heat damage and defined my curls. I am VERY happy with the end result.

I made an appointment, then was called into work. (I've been here before, actually liked the place) My appt was for the next day. I cancelled within 20hrs. I was still charged the $25 cancelled fee, which clearly stated 4 hours before. If your that pressed for $25 that's no place for my business. Enjoy it.

I have came to this business many times and they never seem to disappoint. I truly love coming here, all the ladies are so up-beat, different, AND professional I love it. They get me together everytime!

Love it there, the take great care of me and my hair! Lots of shine for my hairstylist Courtney, she keeps my hair especially my color on point and the topic of alot of conversation, my daughters get their hair slayed there too! The ladies of Synergy are fabulous!

Love Synergi salon! The atmosphere is beautiful and the stylist are so warm and friendly. My stylist is Kennyetta and she is amazingggggggggg. Her talent and vibes are so awesome!

I wish I could just rate the stylist who was awesome and I planned on booking back with her in a month however checking out at the front did not go so well. They choose at that time to add a card reader and “test” it out on me I guess. The girl ran the card and it charged me card automatically but then she said it did not go through. So I pulled up my account in front of them and showed them the charge and they insisted it did not go through and needed my card again. I gave her my card and she ran it again this time by typing the numbers in and my account was charged AGAIN! I should them the duplicate charges back to back and was them told that one should “fall off” but if it didn’t to give them a call which it would them take 7-10 business days for MY refund. So now I guess I wait to see if this second charge falls off. People, especially now a days, don’t have extra money laying around to pay something TWICE and when there is PROOF that it came out the first time. I am really saddened because I really liked my stylist but I don’t know if I’ll return for that check out service.

I have been all natural for approximately 7years. I normally wear my hair in protective styles (braids/sew-ins). I really did not take care of my natural hair. I would just wash/condition it and occasionally dust my ends before braiding it back up. Due to my hair thinning around the perimeter and my hair not growing any longer than shoulder length I decided to start actually taking care of my hair. After reading reviews I went to Synergy in hopes of finding a regular stylist to take care of and grow my hair out. I booked the New Client Journey service with stylist, Ashley.

While booking online I had some difficulties with the site and the online payment. I received an error message while attempting to set up an online account twice. Once I got my account set up I was charged twice for a deposit of $25. The first time I got an error message stating my payment did not process. Although it came out of my account, I resubmitted the payment and the second time it was successful. I figured the money would be returned, or the additional $25 payment would be deducted from my remaining balance when I got to the salon. However when I arrived and advised the receptionist that I was double charged for the deposit, she told me that only $25 was charged to my account and that I still owed $40 and would need to pay the $40 prior to being serviced. I was pretty much out of luck for the other $25 unless I disputed it with my bank, which I did.

Ashely was very nice and professional. Aside from me having to sit at the shampoo bowl for 45mins waiting for her to finish another client. I have no complaints as far a her professionalism and servicing. She seemed to be knowledgeable about the salon products, and natural hair in general. So I was optimistic about my healthy hair journey.

Unfortunately, I now have some SERIOUS HEAT DAMAGE! The heat damage I sustained was in the back of my head. It had been over a year since I had my hair straightened. So I requested a silk press. I never used much heat on my hair because again I kept it braided. In the process of washing my hair Ashley complemented how nice my curls were. Due to the heat damage from my recent appointment, the back of my hair will not curl AT ALL! Which is unfortunate as I was ready to start wearing my natural hair.

I have since washed/conditioned my hair twice, and still it’s straight and stringy in the back. With all that said my hair is in WORSE condition than it was before I went to this salon and I definitely won’t ever be back.

Tilaeja did a great job. She listened to me about what I wanted and was gentle with my hair. As a new client they showed me around the salon and made sure I was comfortable there at all times.

I absolutely love all the ladies in the shop. They make me feel at home. They have excellent customer service and phenomenal skills. I have natural hair and Tileja has been growing my hair for 3 years. She is awesome. You can't go wrong with either of stylist

I picked a random stylist from the website and it was the biggest mistake! She was rude. And she gave me severe heat damage. In addition to the heat damage she trimmed my ends awfully. I thought a natural stylist would know how to flat iron hair. I will not be returning!
