I have an amazing aide from SYNERGY, she cares for my husband, Paul, who is quaderpleic, due to progressive MS.
Any aide who shows up from synergy has been empathetic and seems to care about their clients and the clients family. SYNERGY has the home health care agency situation figured out. My only complaint /wish would be if I could get the 16 he's of care I need for the weekend shifts.

Horrible! Ive never been spoken to in such a detrimental/downgraded way. I was extremely upset with how my rights were not respected and I have chosen to change companies because of the service they offerered in the office was not beneficial to me! Personal opinion Do NOT go with this company!

No backup plan. Aides quit without notice. Aides are good workers that show up but too many schedule changes on the aides. No aide pool to help cover shifts for call offs.

Most all non-medical homecare agencies can do similar things, but it is the people that makes an agency great. The management team at Synergy has created a uniquely positive culture and environment for both employees and clients alike. Additionally there are very high standards set for Synergy caregivers, demanding a high level of skill and also compassion. Pairing together great employees in a great atmosphere results in a noticeably superior product for our clients.

Synergy provided Dorothy to perform homecare for my wife after a very serious surgery. Dorothy was very warm, caring and dedicated. We would strongly recommend Dorothy and Synergy to everyone!
