2I had a great experience, however I need the control number for W-2 purposes I don't get how I'm supposed to just come up with the correct control number out of thin air? !? My estimate is saying I could come up with almost $600 if I can get this tax file to go through I just paid 99 on it if I can have my refund. Christine Hall wouldn't tell me much. She spoke as if she didn't know what to look for or where. I need help with this therefore I can hopefully get TurboTax to hook me up with some cash. I could use nearly 600 bucks. I need groceries real fast.
I just finished completing a two-year study with Synexus, and it went very well! The staff were always polite to me, and I was always paid correctly for my visits. The only complaint I can give is that it can be tough to get an answer in the afternoons when/if you return a call. Overall, Synexus offers a polite, professional and clean study environment.
