Local store people are great-company is terrible. We traded in my iPhone8Plus that had always had a Zagg screen saver on-LCD was in mint condition, no lost pixel, working perfectly, no touch issues at all. Local assistant manager, Roh (who is fantastic), said it was in mint shape. When we shipped the phones in for exchange and the $830 back at first it said it was all good. Then they said there was a problem with the LCD and we weren't going to get the money. But they don't have any proof of the display being bad. T-Mobile verified that the package got there in good shape. We shipped the phone in the bubble wrap provided by T-Mobile with extra packaging with the screen protector still on and the case still on. Then they said that the promotion would be reactivated. Then they said it wouldn't. And then they said it would, and then finally said it wouldn't. The whole process took long enough that we were past the buyers remorse time period and we can't get our old trade-in phones back and are in a two year contract. We had already switched my mom to a T-Mobile hotspot and have consistently experienced terrible wait times and terrible support when we call in for support for us and for her. I had to wait hours on hold to get through-40 to 60 plus minute hold times each time I called in for billing support for us or tech support for my mom. We were going to switch my mom's phone service to T-Mobile, but we won't now and we can hardly wait for two years to be up so we can leave them and never come back. We've been with ATT on and off for 16 years and Verizon for 4 plus years. We'll stick with the companies who stand behind their promises and actually provide customer service. Too bad, Roh and the local team at the store I went to would get a 5 star. But if I could give the company zero, i would. Their coverage, even where they say they have strong coverage and fast speeds is hit or miss. And we've had more dropped calls with T-Mobile than with any other carrier. So don't believe their coverage maps either.

Very customer friendly associates. I truly love this store. The associates are so helpful and really know the products which helped me greatly with my phone selection. Kudos to management and this entire team.

I wish that I could give less than 1 star. The "free" extra line that they push off as a bonus line is a scam. Unless you need it, refuse it. Or better, find an honest carrier. After I canceled my account in person they continued to bill $94 a month for the so-called "free" line for 6 months. Then, they refused to correct the error. Verizon is just down the road.

What a smooth process abs easy and great service. Dog decided to eat a phone and we were able to pay out the old phone and get a new one and confirm the prices would be similar and got it if there super quick. Truly appreciate the great service and ease, which was a surprise knowing sprint and t mobile just combined. Figured there would be some issues, but none!

Great customer service! Rep did a great job connecting with me through joint interests and background while engaging in conversation. I called back the next day regarding a follow up and the supervisor also remembered me based on our interaction the day before and handled my enquiry superbly.

Manager cancelled our meeting to fix a device they sold us (that didn't work.) With less than an hour's notice before our meeting. This happened after a 2 week process of attempting to get things right.

Devon at this location is amazing. He is super knowledgeable and provides great customer service. I would recommend seeing him if you are interested in new cell service or an upgraded phone.

This is hands down the BEST T-mobile store I have ever been in. I have been coming to this location for years and there have been times when I've been out of state and had to use a different location and there is no comparison. The staff are always exceptional friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and really go above and beyond the service that I recieve at other locations. When you have to deal with something as unpleasant as figuring out your phone plan the staff here manage to make it an almost enjoyable experience.

TJ was the associate that helped me when I came into the store. We needed to do a factory reset on 2 phones for security reasons. My total visit took about an hour. During this TJ patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. He saved our contacts and pictures and showed me how to find the apps history to reload what we had. While our phones were updating he still waited on other customers. All the while giving everyone good service. His customer service will keep me coming to this store.

I just wanted to say Christian S.was GREAT! He was professional, helpful, and still provided us with excellent service on a busy Saturday all on his own. Keep up the great work. & T-Mobile you guys need to take care of this employee for sure

This store has amazing customer service! They take care of every customer & go above and beyond to ensure their interaction was excellent.extremely friendly & helpful employees that truly care about their customers. I love this T-Mobile!

The 2 people there today at 6pm were less than friendly. The gentleman had no personality and both employees gave the pound salt attitude on switching a brand new 900.00 Samsung phone out we just purchased. The parking lot also had trash all over it. We will visit a different location next time.

Erica and her team were awesome! Got me set up with a great phone, a great deal and were the most help I've had yet buying a phone.
