I was in and out in 20 min.walked in and got waited on.their computer was acting up. But it got fixed and all was good

Horrible customer service by Drew! I would never recommend anyone go to T-Mobile Cedar & Warrensville. He yelled at me and refused to answer my questions about the product (iPhone13). He rushed to sell me a phone and come to find out it WAS THE WRONG PHONE!

Liars and thieves. Was told my new phone would come without cost if I paid for the next 90 days of service ahead of time and that after paying over $150 in-store for the next 3 months of service that my phone account would not be billed until February 6th. So far my account has been billed all three times, three months in a row, and no doubt will be billed again for the next month even though I prepaid in the store. Annie lied to me or was uneducated on the phone that she "sold" to me saying that it would take under an hour to charge from zero (takes 2.5 hours to charge from 20%). Seems like they tell their employees to just say whatever to get our money and don't care about-customer experience. I would like to return to the store to get my money back, but I was disgusted and horrified to see that NONE of the employees were wearing masks! Almost all of the customers in-store were wearing masks, but apparently the employees are too selfish or too stupid to wear a face covering. Switching to Verizon soon. Would rather pay more for honesty and safety.

I switched my phone plan over from Verizon over the weekend and although it was super busy, the staff were extremely pleasant and it was very clean! Jenna and Sean helped me and couldn't of made my experience any better. I will definitely recommend T-Mobile to my family and friends. Thank you so much Jenna and Sean! You two were great!

I wish I could give this location a whole 5 stars but I can't. It was just extremely slow. There are not enough employees at this location. I mean the process of just being asked a question is extremely slow. Alex, the employee was absolutely great given the circumstances. He kept on my account and fixed my issue. He never gave up. And I appreciate that very much. I mean anything go check Alex out but be prepared to wait a min.

T mobile is a rip off.my mom been with this company for years and I decided to switch over to get a deal on a new iPhone. Biggest mistake ever I only have one line and one phone. I started this contract in March and been regretting it since my mom has 3 lines and 2 new phones on her account and I’m paying more then she is. I have to pay twice a month for one phone 105.75 the prices vary. They are always changing last month I paid 150.000 now today they cut my phone off saying I now owe them 205.98 which I do not know where these charges are coming from. I do not call long distance and I barely talk or text and the internet that they brag so much about is horrible it stays going in and out I have to constantly cut my phone service off and on using the airplane button. This phone bill is now higher then My car note and I will be canceling my contract and returning the phone and plus this don’t even help build your credit but they have to check your credit before starting a line with you. They also just teamed up with sprint which is probably why I’m being charged like this and I been on the phone for a hour and half waiting to speak with a customer service agent and no answer yet. They are very rude and tell you one thing but you go the store it’s another.do not come to t mobile. I had simple mobile paying only 56.00 dollars a month and no overcharges or late fees and the internet worked way better no stalling or going in and out.and customer service was way better and welcoming. I would put zero but that wasn’t a option. Rate =0 zero

This is my go-to place when I need tech help with my Samsung A 11. When I see Drew there I know my problem will be resolved. My phone is an A 11 but Drew is an A1!

Courteous, competent and pleasant. Corporate store location and folks working at this store cared about the job they were doing. Good representatives for T-Mobile, highly recommend for your cellular services.

Amazing knowledge and care. Drew Gaborko has vast knowledge eased me through the transaction, and even transfered my stuff over. If you're looking to add a line and have transparency about what you're purchasing, this is the guy to see! When I get a survey it'll be 10s without a doubt for both the representative and the store. 10/10 would reccomend!

I went to get the deal of getting the deal of IPhone 12, I was being hacked, one of their agents stole my personal information from my old phone to steal over $500. Please watch out if u go there! I m now in the process of fighting those unknown transactions. I would never go there again! It was a shock!

Would really like to give 0 stars falsely advertising is illegal. I understand you are trying to get sales do not promote things that can’t be promised I contacted the store customer service even the T-Mobile text person on the phone this is pathetic and I thought you all held your self to higher standards I will be in soon to get these problems addressed!

Worked with Diondre 530pm at this location October 25th, 2020.

He was knowledgeable about the phones, deals, and promotions being offered on the plan I had as a Sprint customer. He provided information a competitor was not able to provide. He was able to trouble shoot my mother’s IPhone back up issue successfully as well. He was very friendly, patient, and informative. I will only come to this Sprint store in the future.
