I had a great experience at t-mobile Jan 2 2022. Stefan was very helpful and got me set up in no time. I was able to hear and understand him with no problems. I highly recommend going here.
The store in Cambridge was absolutely awesome! Even when we had a little glitch, Sean was on it and made sure we received the promised promotion. Paige and Brayley have helped us move through all the new technology we encountered with a wonderful attitude! We would highly recommend this store!
Went in to make a new plan and the one there (Sean) was extremely rude and kept interrupting me and ignoring my questions. He only would listen to my boyfriend. He said that they do not offer unlimited plans for only one line. We were just trying to end a family plan that we didn’t use anymore. We will be moving providers.
As soon as I talk to try to make a plan the store person I talked to straight up wide to me and tried to charge me for a protection plan for 3 months that was not necessary and said it was mandatory they lied to you just like the Sprint store did they're no different if they had zero stars I would give it to them you don't lie to your customers to get more money from them
Went in to ask a few simple questions the woman was very rude wouldn't even try to help me then kept assisting there was most likely going to be a down payment over and over like I couldn't afford the phone.even though I already have five lines, I was just trying to ask a few simple questions and was meant with hostility and made to feel I couldn't Afford the phone. I will be switching as soon as my contract for my phone is done very rude, very unhelpful and P. S I could have paid cash for that phone if I wanted it!

Fraud being committed here. Stay away from all the employees as I dealt with all 3 of them. AUSTIN SHAWN AND ALIX. Shawn appears to not knowing what he is doing, couldn’t answer any questions.alix is rude and unprofessional.and lastly.austin is fraudulent and added lines onto my account without permission. Unfriendly, scam, and can’t fix problems THEY created! Stay away
This store is absolutely amazing. Workers are very kind and work with you. As for all the negative reviews you are all wrong. The store isnt fraudulent at all. They help get the best deals possible. Sadly, I moved and can no longer deal with this amazing crew. I worked with the 3 there now and the other 2 gentlemen that were there before and have never once been wronged. Austin, Shawn and Alex are there now and they will do the best they can to treat you right. Highly recommend.
