Employees have always seemed knowledgeable. Never have to wait. No one, including Geek Squad, can figure out the issue with my phone. I’m told I have a warranty; that’s a joke because Apple won’t do anything.

This T-Mobile had great customer service, All staff were working to help all of the customers as soon as they walked in. The staff were very attentive to make sure they can provide the service we were all looking for. Thank you for the great experience!

One of the best T-Mobile locations I've ever been to. Customer service was excellent. I was greeted at the door and taken care of by the staff. They are knowledgeable.

Worst store ever! Not a corporate store. We switched to T-Mobile a few months ago and have had nothing but problems. I don’t recommend T-Mobile at all. But if you do switch to them, at least make sure you go to a corporate store and not here!

First of all I tried all week to get my phone service set up with the people online and over the phone it could not get anybody to understand what I needed. I went to the Canfield store there were three gentlemen in there doing absolutely nothing no one was on the phone you didn't have any customers they told me that was $35 to help me. I told them I did not feel I should pay $35 because I had been trying all week to do it myself. When I told him that I was going to cancel my service he was flippant and said okay. I went to the austintown store and they couldn't have been more helpful. I called the Canfield store to complain about the service I received and the manager was just as flippant and didn't care either. I would never go there again

I was upsold a phone plan and assured it was flat rate. It was not. I was charged extortionate fees and when I complained they said they would make an inquiry for me to correct their mistake. But instead they have bill collectors attempting to harass and intimidate me. Needless to say I’m not a fan.

Worst store! Nick was rude and refused to help me. I called Customer service. He refused to speak to them. He went in the back room and closed the door. I felt like I was dealing with a 2yr old. Went to Boardman T-mobile Chris fixed my problem in 15 minutes. Go to Boardman T-mobile -

Store has an employee named Ian, claims he is the manager and has no one above him. Has a very condescending attitude and poor communication with solving customer issues. Says he's not a representative of T-Mobile and answers to no one but himself. Claims he is the store owner. It is possible but T-Mobile should cut ties with him because he is a horrible face of T-Mobile. I would go to the store at the Shops at Boardman Park for all of your T-Mobile needs.

Thank you for the comments, but I will never be back to your location and I will make sure to have everyone I come into contact with take their business to anywhere else.

Unprofessional, uninterested in actually helping, we seemed to be bothering them by trying to buy a new phone. T-Mobile at the shops at boardman park is significantly better. Don’t waste your time at the Canfield location.

My wife needs a new phone. Refuse to do business with a company who still forces their customers to wear a mask. I will pay more to another company rather than give money to a company that is still forcing communist mandates. Everyone knows the virus is a lie. 2 years later and some people are still drinking the socialist look aid

Went to the store at 11 o’clock like it’s said on the website and you’re closed till 12 noon. So I went to the other store in shops at Boardman Park and had no problems.

I tried not once not twice but three times to travel from Salem to the Canfield location where only one guy was always working and there was no line so I thought I can get right in upgrade my phone as they've been emailing me to do so to join the T-Mobile network from Sprint but every single time I was told the network is down the network is down we put a ticket in I don't know the network is down so obviously you're not that excited for a Sprint customer of 10 years to come to T-Mobile

I was directed to contact customer service to return my hot spot device. When I contacted customer service, I was told that the store should have returned the device, but refused to. Customer service filed a formal complaint and said that this particular store was very difficult to deal with. When we contacted the store, the employee informed us that the owner refuses to take returns and there was nothing he could do.
I paid full price for a service I couldn’t use and they refused to take the unused device back, in perfect condition, and say nothing but ‘I’m sorry’
How can you pride yourself in customer service?

I went in the store for something unrelated. Matt informed me in a no pressure way that they had a great deal going on. He answered all my questions without having to even look up most of them. Truly a great experience. I am a previous T-Mobile employee and he did everything i would have done for a client. Hang on to him. Might want to give em a raise!

Just left this store, one guy working and he was no help and extremely rude. Never had this at the boardman store. Need to hire people that actually WANT to help. This guy apparently didnt. Horrible experience
