Store representatives were extremely helpful and welcoming. Store was extremely busy, yet I felt they took the time to answer all of my questions and were excellent in providing clear and concise answers for me.

I'm upset the male staff keep my AT&T phone after transferring it to my new phone at this store then lied and said he gave it back I called the store and they keep saying I got the wrong number
and my calls are being forwarded. Corporate said to talk to the manager I get I have to take a ride. The worker sees my number and no answer.

T MOBILE AND READER MY PHONE WAS RETURNED I FOUND IT UNDER MY CAR SEAT. HONEST MISTAKE AND MY POST WAS WRONG. I LOVE MY NEW SERVICE T-MOBLE. THE YOUNG MAN WAS RIGHT AND I WAS WRONG. FORGIVE ME. I FOUND MY PHONE.

They really don't show any interest in wanting to help you when you have an issue. In the same goes for their customer service on the phone
