6 Went in to get help with all this advertising coming through my phone every time I use it? Even when my phone is sitting on the couch beside me, it starts with an AD at the sound of my voice? They coukd not find it either, so I left the store without resolution? They told me it comes from a game App, that I must have installed on my phone.
I believe them, it's T Mobil playing a game on me? I have deleted every single game App on my phone. No change. It began with the last Tmobil/Samsung update? I think I know the game.it's called leveraging profit from our customer base with ADs?
Went this morning to add two lines to our plan. Representative was extremely rude and refused to do the second line, said to go somewhere else.
I would appreciate a call from store manager.
They and t mobil scrwed me over. Smooth talked me into a new olan didnt bother to tell me my ohone wouldnt work on the network.

Every time I try to come here it’s not open during business hours. No one ever answers the phone. Products I’ve purchased continue to be faulty and break and although I have warranty plans I cannot even get replacements because it’s never open.
Highly advise not using this location.
Got two new phones. Numbers were ported in wrong. The company says they "fixed " it. My brand new galaxy s22 constantly glitches and its been replaced once. The glitches are 100% service related. Notifications about emergency calls that were never made. Randomly turning on airplane mode. I've spent countless hours on the phone with customer service. They just talk in circles. Very incompetent company and they are super expensive. My son still never got his privacy screen protector either.
