The lady that assisted me today, was the best! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Solved my problem in no time.

Victoria was an awesome representative, she was very knowledgeable, and friendly. I purchased the S23+. I had a S9+ as a trade in. I love the phone, Victoria answered all my questions, and made the transition between the new/old phone, smooth.

Rarely ever do this, but customer service is HUGE to me. We were greeted very promptly walking in.there was no long line of people and my husband wanted to purchase a new phone. A woman waited on us and was disturbingly short and very rude with us because my account had my maiden name and my driver's license had my married name. She asked if I had documentation on me, which I don't know many people who carry that around with them but, ok. So, I told her I had a credit card with my maiden name on it and she refused to service us. Unbelievable!
I drove to my home in austintown, grabbed my marriage certificate (just in case) and headed to the austintown tmobile and literally had no issues. He scanned my drivers license and had noo issues whatsoever servicing us (never mentioned about the new married last name). After our services were completed i asked him to help me change my name on the account and he verified that no marriage document was even required to do so! Easy as that!

Went in it was like 10 people ahead of me, I was there a total of 30 minutes very surprising. They get u in and out.and I walk3d out with a new phone.i was pleased

Can't beat their military plan. 6 phones, a watch and home internet with unlimited everything for about $150mo. Customer service is always helpful when needed

Horrible workers! Rude as ever, extremely long wait times. They're a week late on shipping my phone. Don't waste your time here. Even the manager here is very rude, id drive all the way to Austintown next time! No standards for customer service.

Had several tech questions but the young lady that was there was not very helpful. Very disappointed.

My husband and I went into T-Mobile last night to get two new phones. Our phones were about 5 years old so they needed replaced. Over the weekend his phone stopped holding a charge. We were worried that they wouldn't be able to copy his contacts and other info off his old phone. Victoria took care of us and she gave us 5 star customer service. She got us a great deal on our new plan and performed a miracle on my husband's phone. It took a lot of work on Victoria's part but she got everything transferred over. We are very pleased.

Store was ok and the help was ok. Went to the store to get the promotion I was told I could get. However, once I got to the store I was informed that I was not eligible. Tmobile lied to me.

Very helpful techs and sales associates. It's nice to have someone to talk with about your concerns, in person.

The young lady there was very snippy with me seem to have had an attitude. I really like Jessica, I'll ask and wait for her from now on

Always an awful experience. I'm just glad that we're no longer a TMobile customer.

I have been there twice & had the same technician & had no problems solved at all. She only wanted me to upgrade or buy new phone. Terribly disappointed. Have been with T-Mobile over 16 years. Maybe time for a change?

Need more people working here. I simply wanted to drop off a home internet box and there were about 10 people waiting ahead of me. I left and sent it out ups at the hobby store.
