13I honestly hate T-Mobile but I LOVE Mykala and seriously anyone I've come in contact with at this store! Mykala went above and beyond to help me with a lot of problems I caused myself by breaking my phones and insurance payments being pointless. I needed help passed the point that she could even and she kept going. Give that woman a raise! Because of them I'm staying -thank u angel
I went there to compare service against my Verizon so I was given a temporary SIM card to try service at home for no charge I went in following day turned card back in signed paper and then received a bill for 75.00 I called # and explained they told me to go back to office and have them adjust it they'd take care on there end then I received a bill for 3.00 really it was no charge no strings attached so I have to go back in for a second time to resolve this.
Had to go into for trade in on warranty staff was very helpful and knowledgeable dealing with faulty equipment is a hassle but they made it easy for me
Employees ignore those in store, don't even acknowledge anyone entered. No hello, or anything. 2 visits today, different staff, same thing. May need proper training.

This store never answers their phones.my fiancé and have been trying for a long time to get his screen fixed.this needs to change.
The sales rep took her time with me, even though I started the new lines through T-Mobile sells number. There were a couple people ahead of me online, but within 10-15 minutes I got the help I needed.
Just for your information T-Mobile sells Google 30 watt chargers for the same price you can purchase on Googles Store. The prices on mobile accessories at this T-Mobile store seem reasonable. In my opinion I don't see this T-Mobile store making a huge profit on some of the mobile accessories they sell.
I have they're WiFi and it's Great, they're very nice and curtious and will help you on your account. I love it cable is so expensive so I went to just WiFi and it's great. Alot cheaper than cable.
Good store good service wish they had one in Washington Court House but we will drive 35 minutes if we have to.
Phone just totally quit making or receiving calls. Upon calling T-Mobile there's nothing they can do. I live about 35 minutes away and store closes in 30 minutes. Great need phone for a long drive early in the a.m. For work. So reliable.
The techs at the t-mobile Chillicothe store were absolutely great. Had to take a phone in under warranty and they were most helpful and professional.
New customer but I had great first experience getting set up with Aubrey and Kelly (sp). They helped me with a slight hiccup I had even when I came in at the end of their work day. They are awesome!
Had to go in for some updates and help with some of the perks i.e. Apple TV and Paramount +
The staff was very patient and helpful. They even found an add-on I was over paying for, simply because I just don't use it much. I lowered my data plan to save a few bucks. Thanks team!
