They have a beautiful office and friendly staff however I was disappointed by the lack of communication. After having our claim denied by insurance we were instructed to reach out to the office and explain that the claim was denied based on coding. I was assured that they would look into it and call me back the next morning with a solution, or update at the very least. That call never came and there has been silence ever since. We drove almost 40 minutes for my son's consultation because this office was highly recommended by more than one trusted family. Unfortunately we did not have the same kind of luck and won't be returning for my child's care!

Wonderful experience, I am so happy clear brackets are available, especially for my age! There are so many options to choose from. Highly recommend Dr. Elshebiny and his team.

I have been a patient at T Smile since last year, their office is modern, comfortable and very clean. There's even a cool view over Solon center. They have the latest technology and do their own 3D printing, which is really time convenient. Dr. Tarek and his staff have always been friendly, professional and knowledgeable (happily answering my questions!). They definitely go that little bit further to make treatment a better experience. The best part is they are competitively priced, and I speak for myself when I say I have never left an appointment with any discomfort.

At age 60 I walked into T Smile Orthodontics, and asked if they could fix my teeth. After an initial review of my teeth, and even with all the root canals and one bridge, the answer was YES. The price was right and a year and a half later I have beautiful straight teeth.
Dr. Elshebiny and his entire staff are very professional. They answered all my questions throughout the entire process.
