TA, Hebron OH

This I by far one nasty filthy place! This is the second time I've been to use the bathroom and it filthy paper towels all on the dirty floor bathroom stalls are dirty. In the future I won't stop here again. And you wonder why people get sick. It's establishments like this that only are about selling fuel and jacked up merchandise!

Shower water pressure is good.they didn't turn down the water to cut costs like most truck stops have been doing lately that is 50% of the battle in my opinion.thank you management.

Lazy very rude people they don’t even know how to deal with customer I check in for an oil change at 06: 30 am and left there 14: 30 with nothing done for me, they have been bringing in the bay people that come after me so guys pls don’t waste your time in there at least go somewhere else that can appreciate the business you do with them

As far as the TA goes it's clean and friendly. Shop has knowledgeable mechanics as well. But. Why on Earth, with a parking lot full of hungry drivers, would a restaurant, let alone three restaurants, (Bob Evans, Sbarro's, and Popeyes) decide to close at 8: 00 p.m? I surely hope it's some kind of covid ordinance, because if not that's just plain stupid.

Stopped in for a shower staff is nice, the showers are a little dated and small but are clean. Love that they give you 2 towels. Some pictures showed the showers being a lot bigger than the one we got.

Took my truck in for a PM and Austin went above and beyond! He was very knowledgeable and gave me his honest opinion.he didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need.he also pointed out things for me to keep an eye on.which I believe will save me $$$ in the long run! I will definitely be a returning customer! The cashier was very nice and friendly, considering the fact that she had worked some really long hrs that week. THANK YOU MY MAN AUSTIN AND NICE CASHIER LADY LOL!

Bob Evans was great and the staff was above average. If I lived near this restaurant I would give them my business more often.

Good service, good meal and overall clean restaurant. Every time we have a chance we have to stop

A lot of shelf space is empty and some of the employees should watch their language. You never know who is listening. Overall, you should be able to get what you came for.

One of the nicest TA's I've seen in awhile. 5 stars if half the lot wasn't pay to park. C'mon TA, you're not helping the drivers that way. Shame on you

Every time I stop in there it's busy with 1 cashier. Waiting my turn in line to check out isn't an issue. Waiting in 8th-9th place in line IS

My experience was horrible 12 hours waiting just to fix a radiator hose need more help at the shop

More than adequate parking, truck repair shop, showers
, storr fir redtickung your truck pretty well apportioned, and driver lounge. Very courteous, helpful staff. No country pride restaurant, Bob Evans restaurant, slightly overpriced but my server/waitress Kyra was one the most attentive, courteous ladies that in my 15 years on the road I have ever encountered.

A quick and painless transaction. It would be good if they return the cash register to facing the gas bumps.

Bob evans was good but ta wasn't since i haven't used my card they canceled it after none use for 10 mo

Now this place has great stuff inside good clean restrooms! However 18 dollar for reserves parking and the entire parking lot pay! Make me mad how they take advantage of us driver up your Ta

Large truck stop with a variety of offerings. Generally clean and friendly I don't mind stopping there with my family on are many trips through that area.

Love stopping here when I go to Lancaster. Clean restrooms.large selection of everything and their popcorn is great. The workers are all very nice and accommodating.

T/A Truck Stops are consistently decent clean places to stop and eat, stretch and refuel and their prices seem to be on the lower side of average, this is why I usually stop there plus their facilities always seem to be very clean, in all my travels I cannot remember a T/A that wasn’t clean and well kept.

Services were great! Clean store and bathrooms! They get you in, get you repaired, and get you on your way! They are fast and efficient! The men and women working at this T/A location are very cool to do business with!
