TA Travel Center, North Canton OH

I called the day before to get my truck service and was told to come the next day since they don’t make appointments. Then I get there soon as they open and tell me I can’t get service it’s a list of people ahead of me. If you’re taking walk-ins only then that doesn’t seem right to me. I definitely won’t do business with you again.

This is a hard working crew. Friendly and efficient. Restaurant has a great staff and great manager.

The most lazy staff ive ever seen.sopose to be 24 hour sat from 10pm till morning for a tire.now there sayin a couple more hours.

Kevin, Shelby, and team did a phenomenal job including Getting me in and out at reasonable time. Thank you.

The female working the midnight shift is very rude with no customer service skills whatsoever. I simply asked if the store was hiring and if so, did they have any spots on the midnight shift. The first time I asked she told me she “couldn’t share that information”. I waited a few days and tried again. The second time I asked she got very upset and very rude, did not give me a answer. I wouldn’t not suggest going to this stop, no people skills or manners at all.

Clean store, best tech at the shop, Very nice manager and techs. Their job is best and fast. I had bad pressure issue and every was done in less than 24 hrs. Thank you the Shop team.

IF YOU DON'T SPEAK UP, THEY'LL NEVER FIX ANYTHING. Parking lot is too small, shop only has 2 bays, shower stall is too small with grungy curtains, water is too soft, and the manager could care less.

Worst service every the girl at front desk just straight lied been here waiting for 11hours now she gone.

Nothing like being able to get a warm smile, with a amazing club sandwich and a bowl of chicken noodle soup, to the wonderful lady working Saturday afternoon Thank you! You made starting my day alot more pleasant.

I'm usually quite pleased with the TA locations but I was very disappointed here in N Canton. This place was small, though kept very clean. The showers are extremely small. It's no exaggeration that it was difficult getting dressed. Staff was very friendly, though didn't seem to be well trained. Restaurant food was ok, not exceptional or anything. Though my dinner check was for $12 something, the server charged $19 on my credit card. Thankfully I caught it and got it corrected. Very small truck parking area, need to get the by 1600 unless you're willing to pay.

Very bad serbian at the end after 16 h to change a tire, the staff gave a feeling of discomfort by retrucking his work tools as if to demonstrate that, I don't know why if only with disarming we couldn't, I would have looked for another site

The guy Brian had me to drive 50 miles for oil change and DOT inspection and when I arrived he informed me that I will be looking at 7 hours of a wait.
Pls be honest with people and don’t think if you have me drive there I’ll agree to what you said.
Honesty will bring you money and people.

I have been eating breakfast most mornings at this location for the better part of the past 5 years. There are several long-serving waitresses who are fantastic. Unfortunately, they recently hired a new waitress who is mean and rude. In my first interaction with her she overcharged me $5 for my regular breakfast. When I politely brought it to her attention, she accused me of trying to get a bigger discount. This was after I observed her getting into it with a professional truck driver whose order was incorrect. He had the gall to ask for it to be fixed, and her response was, "What are you complaining about!? ! "

I contacted TA corporate with my concerns, and I came into the store at 6 AM one morning to speak with the new site manager. He assured me he would address the issue. I left town for a week, and when I pulled into the parking lot there she was continuing to wait tables.

So, that's the end of the story, I guess. I know it's hard to get good people, but I estimate I spent about $5,000/year eating at this establishment. It was part of my morning routine. No more. I pulled out of the parking lot and drove down the road to a different restaurant. It's time for a new routine.

Poor management. My door was knocked every time I parking and sleeping in reservation parking spot, of course I did have preserved it. Never happened once in other truck stops.

Their shop is run very poorly. Very loud music, only one mechanic who walks around in a tank top binging on energy drinks and a crazy long wait to get anything done, assuming they can do it. This is the kind of place that makes you want to DIY

Clean restroom, ample car parking but small store with small selection of items. More if a truck stop with tuck service, drivers lounge, restaurant, and showers.

This place is okay for truckers but free parking fill up quick before 5pm. But quiet and okay if u want a quiet place to sleep for truckers.

I am still stunned by how clean and hygienic this place is. We took showers from a camping trip and this place is amazing. The girl at the counter was super efficient and nice to us as well.

I eat breakfast at the North Canton location all the time. Unfortunately, it has become so expensive I may just find somewhere else to start eating. My morning meal (3 eggs scrambled with cheese, hashbrowns, and chopped steak with a Diet Come) is now $16.05 after tax. Prices just went up for the second time in the past six months. What they need to do is to figure out how to fill these empty booths instead of jacking up the prices all the time.

On a positive note, the serving staff at this location are outstanding.

Bad, mechanics keep too much time to do what ever, 8h to do my oil change and I have to get out, no oil change and I lose 8h,
