Taco Bell, Sunbury OH

Went through the drive thru late night a few days ago. Order was given to us wrong, despite being very clear when ordering. Asked for two types of sauce packets but only recieved one. And even the wrap we *didn't* order was made in the sloppiest way- even one side being made up of nothing but burnt black beans- I've ever seen. I wouldn't think this to be a big deal- mistakes happen- but this isn't a first time problem throughout these last couple of months from what I've noticed.

It was the slowest Taco Bell ever. Waiting almost 20 minutes for our order. The lights in the parking lot were all off when we pulled in. Even the Taco Bell sign was off. The food was sub par. The fries were cold. Bonus, there was an extra burrito in the bag.

They messed up order twice, chicken was sparse and hard as a rock on my quesadilla, I was charged for extra sauce and sour cream but they didnt put it on, and then Andrew, the store manager was less than accommodating and very unprofessional on the phone when I called. He proceeded to "nickle and dime" me with how he was going to make it right when we come in next time. Horrible food, horrible service, horrible management, and horrible customer service tonight. I will not be back.

Just went through the drive thru, ordered 3 regular tacos and 3 dorito tacos, these were the worst made tacos I've ever been given. The dorito tacos were soggy, hardly any toppings. Very disappointing, usually they treat us right.

My food was hot and fresh. Their staff was very friendly, and on the ball. They asked if they had made a mistake, just making sure my order was proper, and everything was legit. I appreciate that kind of service a lot. I look forward to my next visit.

Very disappointed with the service of this place. The staff doesn’t realize that they had their mic on when they mocked my order, or they did it special. I didn’t finish my order and just left. Have no appetite or desire to go to this location anymore. Sorry for my French but F you beaches!

If you want your food to be wrong and have to deal with meth heads this is the Taco Bell for you. Typical food establishment directly off an interstate.

Instead of steak in my steak quesarito I got beef. Chicken quesadilla wasnt cut in pieces. Must have had someone new working.

Not really good and bad service and they forgot to put the most important thing in my coffee sugar and also creamer and I asked for it to.

I work 3rd shift so I stop by on my way to work 1ce or twice a week for a few tacos and several times now I've received tacos with sour cream on them. Ordering normal tacos nothing special and today before I received them the cashier was laughing about something and would look at me and sure enough 2 out of 4 of my tacos has sour cream on them. Will never go here again

Probably the best Taco Bell I have been to in the area - usually not very crowded, portions are good, and it is in a safe area, with Sheriff Deputies and State Highway Patrol usually very nearby. For comparison, it took me over 20 minutes to go through the drive-thru at Sawmill and 270 tonight to get a couple tacos, and I was probably the 7th car in line.

Best taco bell near me, i give it, but that being said it is aTaco Bell do any deserve 5? Quick service, clean and friendly. I frequently visit this and other stores in this area.

Took 45 minutes to get our food and worker (girl) was drunk at 1: 22pm on July 28 a Sunday and was rude if I could give 0 stars I would

So I don’t go to Taco Bell often but I had a craving so I swung by the one in Sunbury, OH near the Kroger. I ordered a crunch wrap supreme 2 steak burrito supremes and a nacho grande. The crunch wrap was ok, mostly fell apart as I was eating it. The nachos were basically chips with refrained beans and some cheese and the 2 steak burritos I ordered are chicken.

The potatoes I received were burnt to a crisp and had to be remade. They were incredibly unorganized so I cannot recommend if you're on a tight lunch break.

A newer location that is clean. But I don’t understand why restaurants are moving toward self ordering kiosks. It’s so impersonal, takes a lot of work on the customer’s end, and after you finally place the order you have to go to the counter anyway and hunt down cups for drinks. It’s ridiculous.

Slow! It was busy, not extreme, waited 25 minutes for the not-so-fast food. Got a Mexican pizza and it had a weird stale taste that was actually the tomatoes. Not a good one to stop at, tho normally I like Taco Bell.

They’ve gotten a remodel since my last visit but I can see nothing has changed. It took them longer than 5 minutes to help me with no one else in line. Probably about 3 cars in the drive through if that.and don’t use the restroom, I can tell they never clean it

It's Taco Bell! The usual. Seems like they try and keep it clean. Other then that. If you're looking for something nicer go elsewhere.
