Taco Bell reviews
18Very clean, servers were friendly and I was totally satisfied with my food. I would definitely recommend it.
Worst Taco Bell I've ever experienced anywhere. The employees really do not care about the customers whatsoever. Unbelievable how poor the quality is every single time. Night shift
The build your own 5 dollar combo deal they have through their phone app is great. It's one of the best fast food deals out there.
They were closed due to there system was down.they said 15 mins before there system came back up. I really don't believe that.but oh well
I can say, the food was clean tasting, fresh, and tasted great. Not the usual greasy food from the past. Will return to this store again.
This was the best Taco Bell I ever visited. The service was great. The one on Brown Street and Salem Avenue have very poor customer service. They can learn something from this Taco Bell.
Cinnamon twist were extremely stale. One bite and I had to trash them. Cold and just nasty. My chalupa was cold and hard. I ordered steak and got chicken. The chicken was dry and had an odd flavor. The two soft beef tacos were the only thing I could actually eat.

Walked in to place a take out order. Placed order with kiosk, but nothing happened. Waited for 15 minutes before someone said it didn't go through because I have to go to the counter for orders paid with cash - this was not specified at kiosk. Staff took the time to offer support to customers that were former employees, but I guess I'm not in the customer service club because I never worked here.
Every night I ride by this store and the lights are off inside and outside of the store the employees be outside sitting at the tables running in and out of the building im confused as if this store is open at night or not. Bad business.tonight I stopped in after work I found all the employees outside smoking so I snapped a pic and a sign on the speaker sayin that they outta gloves …. Wow this store is a joke! Took my 1 star back!
Went to this store to get food sign up that says they can’t make food because they have no gloves. Then at the front of the store all the employees were sitting out there smoking. This store seems to have a lot of issues at night.
Horrible! They left half my order out. When i went back to get the rest, they argued with me over it. Why would I go back through the line again and wait another 15 mins! The food was cold, except the burrito they made on the spot
The food was okay but they put soft tacos on the bottom of bag so when we got them home they were flat no napkins or fork for pintos and cheese do you people not wipe your hands when you eat not very happy about the whole thing train your people better
This used to be one of the best Taco Bell locations in my area, it is now by far the worst. Something there changed within the last 8-9 months. Whoever is managing this place should be fired. There is a problem every single time I come here. The standard greeting is "Hi I apologize for the inconvenience but_" I haven't come here without them either being out of food, system is down, cash only or something else for months. Absolutely awful.
If you order cinnamon sticks check your bag they always forget! It's a running bet my kids and I have if they put them in the bag or not! Silly I know but fo real! I'm not playing
Hey taco Bell. I'm not normally one to complain or go out of my way to write a review but I just experienced some of the worst customer service and worst quality I have been served. First off, I didn't receive a receipt. Secondly, I didn't receive my 1 cent back. I gave the person at the window, who also wasn't in uniform at all a $20 bill and 45 cents. The total was 14.44 and didn't receive my 1 cent back. It's not even about the penny. I'd the facts the didn't ask me if I wanted it and that's is very unprofessional and I'm sure you could get in trouble for that. Thirdly, ordered 2 baja blasts and received a water at first before I corrected his mistake. Fourthly, my Doritos loco tacos came with lettuce and I ordered it without. Again not that big of a deal but a lack of attention to detail from the workers and they also didn't come with a holder for the tacos either. Very disappointed with the staff working tonight.
Went here today, their card machine was out so they were only accepting cash, which is perfectly fine, however, my order was $12.01, my change should have been $7.99, they decided to only give me $7 due to them not having change.
It’s not my problem if you don’t have change, they could have easily rounded down the single penny, but instead chose to lose a customer. I don’t care about 99 cents, but for a business to think that’s okay is a problem, especially if you aren’t accepting card payments. Not very cool, I will certainly be back filling up my water cup with some Baja blast every single time
Food tastes fine - but do NOT order anything special (without tomato, without meat, etc) they WILL mess up the order. The last 5 times we’ve gone our order had been messed up, and it’s always because we try and remove an ingredient.
I dont know how it so hard for people to forget what people ordered when the receipt literally prints out what the person ordered. But I order 4 soft tacos all with just beef and cheese got only three like how I wanted with the other having onions and lettuce. Also my nacho fries never got there cheese dip that comes with them.
