Taco Bell, Solon OH

Sandi (4/29 at 02: 26 pm) gave me the wrong food after arguing with me and about an extra charge I didn’t ask for. Staff needs to be retrained, even the older ones

Pulled up to the drive thru at 6: 30, was told they were closed. All the signs state open till 8p

I had been looking for a KFC/Taco Bell since they closed the Tower City location. I finally found this one and was excited until I got to the speaker. While ordering, I was rudely interrupted by a woman who told me the wait for Extra Crispy would be 30mins and next time I should preorder before coming. I settled for the original 12 piece family meal. When I got to the window I was asking if I could add a cup of cheese and again the woman yelled above the drive thru worker to tell me there was no add ons and I’d have to go back through the DT since the inside is still closed. I was then told to pull into a parking spot so I would get off their timer. I wanted a refund but I knew my family was hungry so I waited for the food. The chicken was cold and dry and there was only one gravy for the two mashed potato sides. I won’t be back and regret coming. The workers seemed tense and I'm sure I know why. The woman was very mean and overbearing and all I wanted was chicken and to be treated like a human. Avoid.

I was visiting the area over the weekend and stayed at the Hampton Inn directly across the street. I WALKED over to Taco Bell/KFC on Saturday evening. I approached the counter and was immediately greeted by someone standing at least 15 feet from me with, "Drive thru only. " Then, the woman repeated herself and motioned with her hands as if she was driving.as if I was too stupid to understand what she was saying. Without arguing, I WALKED back across the street, got in my vehicle and drove to a restaurant where the customers are treated with respect and dignity. I will NEVER darken their door again.

Always some kind of issue, missing item, takes forever after they tell you to pull around the building and sit waiting for them to bring cold / Luke warm items and not fully wrapped food loose in the bag. Prices have also gotten very expensive for this kind of quality and service

We came in town by school bus for my son's tournament. We stayed at the nearby SpringHill Suites. After the tournament we walked to this Taco Bell, ready for some fun tacos and chalupas. To our dismay, the dining room wasn't open; it was for drive-through only. It was awkward but we walked up to the pickup window and tried to place our orders. The lady didn't answer the window for a long time. When she finally opened the window, she rudely told us the cars get the priority. She was so slow that while we waited, 2 cars bailed without ordering because of the long waiting. When we finally got to order, we had to change our options because they were out of certain ingredients. It was over 30 minutes in the cold when it was finally all said and done. It was a total nightmare.

The bad reviews says it all. Unfortunately we had ignored them because, how bad can an international fast food franchise be? ! There are supposed to be standards for sourcing, procedures, and services for Taco Bell, no? Boy could we be more wrong! Neither the franchiser nor the franchisee have been doing their jobs. This place is a total disaster. Avoid at all cost.

It's really a hit-or-miss at this location. It's improved in recent years with a change in management but unfortunately when the pandemic hit it went right back to square one. Sometimes we've had great service with the occasional mistake (it's the only Taco Bell in the area, it's busy, so I don't really mind the occasional mistake. I know some of the employees in there are trying their best), but sometimes we've waited half an hour for a simple, small order. Of course, it doesn't help when half of the people who order end up leaving before getting their food, messing up the order system, but I digress. They're extremely understaffed (not the fault of the employees-bosses, PAY YOUR WORKERS MORE!), so there've been times where they have had to close for a half-hour while the only employee in the building goes on break. It's a fine restaurant. It just needs a LOT of work.

Really fast and professional. Only thing, I'd love more meat in the tacos! I thought they were vegetarian tacos

Unprofessional. Tacos were COLD AND STALE with a horrible after taste! We asked for MILD sause and repeated MOLD not Hot "please".

Of course. All hot packets. With the nasty attitude in was obviously intentional.

The excuses used for the food service workers - covid. It doesn't give them the right to be rude and unprofessional.

We will never go back.

I know you’re probably wondering, how can a Taco Bell be worthy of 4 stars? Well it’s fast food so don’t expect too much. The reason why this location deserves 4 stars is strictly because of the friendly and wonderful service that rivals that of chik-fila

Line wasn’t even long and waited 30 minutes for my food- that’s not the issue for real though cause I understand places are under staffed. Beans were dry on my taco, my other potato taco wasn’t shut properly and was all over the bottom of the bag. Asked for hot sauce and got two sauce packets. Also did not get my side cup of spicy ranch. Very disappointed

I have never received such great tacos. I usually get food that is just thrown together but this location got it right. I'll be back for sure.

I went to this place once before and they messed my order up. I order Mac and cheese as a side order and the gave me mashed potatoes. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time and I went back because who doesn't like quick chicken. I ordered the same thing as last time. I ordered Mac and cheese as a side order. I got green beans. The young lady at the drive through window isn't really pleasant either. It seems to me that the employees don't really care.
