Taco Bell, Brunswick OH

I got back from babysitting at 1 AM on the Fourth of July. It is a very busy weekend and not many restaurants are open at this time, but I had not had dinner yet, so I went to the Taco Bell close to my home. The line at the drive-through was all the way out of the parking lot and down my street. I was very impressed that the line moved quickly, my order was correct and hot, but most of all the person who took my order was friendly and personable not only while taking my order, but while taking payment and handing me my food. It can’t be easy to still be working at 1 o’clock in the morning, on a busy holiday weekend, making minimum wage, and still have such a good attitude! Thanks!

THEY RAN OUT OF TACOS!

Where else am I supposed to find genuine Mexican style food? For a fine dining restaurant, they sure don't know how to properly calculate the amount of tacos they'll be needing for the day. I will now be going to another genuince Mexican restaurant to buy some food. Taco Bell, you should be ashamed of running out of meat and a loyal customer.

Go through the drive thru and ask for something that you forgot what it was called.your describing it and they tell you everything is in the menu to look for it…Wth is that? Last time I worked fast food you were suppose to help people out. Never will we go there again!

Clean store, staff is usually very helpful, & friendly for the most part. I've had a lot of orders messed up & the employees fix the mistakes in a timely manner. Lines can get very long but move pretty quickly. I went this Friday, had a large order at late in the evening, line was, again, very long & the order had some mistakes that took a bit longer to correct but food was good & staff were helpful.

Great service, upbeat and patient which with three kids who are picky makes me very appreciative kof patient service. Food was on point and no time lag between order and food. Thanks guys!

They gave me chicken instead of black beans & I didn’t realize until I was home, and they did not give me a receipt at all.had to throw it all away lol

Honestly one of the better Taco bells around, for those who complain about times, we have to make food for upwards 9hrs a day, along with car after car so if faster service is what's needed, don't all pile to one location at once: D

It would have been a 5-star review but when I asked for a handful of mild sauce they gave me 5 packets and it was me and one other person that both use mild sauce

Brunswick Ohio is very good. Made it correctly and nice drive thru guy. Wellington Ohio was last week. Terrible is all I can say.

Absolute worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life, man who works drive through at night is so rude, have went here 4 different times and all he does when i pull up is shove the card machine out the window and doesn’t say anything not even “have a great day” or a “hello” like bro your in your 30’s and work at taco bell get a real job, he deserves to be fired.

30 minute wait if you go any time between 10: 30 pm to midnight. The line wraps around all the way around to people waiting in an alley.

We love love, live close, eat there often.prices slowly increasing tho. 1 complaint.taco salads are great.but sometimes lettuce is way to full of water.soggy!

This funny looking kid David who was on the heavy side was very knowledgeable about traditional mexican cuisine. I am from Korea and always wonder what do the Mexicans food taste like. He give me many good spicy things. Very cool David, thank you. I think he should shave his beard, too long for mexican beard!

Always slams. May be 20 cars in the drivethru at 12am but that doesnt change the quality of the service.

Got a 12 pack soft tacos to go. Almost had everything ready by the time I paid. Faster than last time I visited.

World's slowest taco bell! No matter what time of day you go or how many people are ahead of you be prepared to wait at least 10 minutes. Even if there is literally no one ahead of you in the drive thru and you literally order 2 things you will still have to wait forever. So much for FAST FOOD. The orders at least are always right but you cannot attempt to go here if you are in any kind of hurry.

88.936% certain this was a Taco Bell. I like the chipotle chicken griller and the classic bean burrito. I miss the Volcano Taco.

Worst taco bell ever! Tried to charge me more for tacos when i wanted them without cheese. Spoke to the manager Brianna (working at 6: 45pm monday april 9,2018), and she pretty much told me she didnt care, when i told her somthing shouldnt cost more after you remove an expensive ingredient. Decided to walk out since i dont want to support a business that sucks at customer service. As i was walking out, manager Brianna tried to get her last digs at me by saying " well have the great day sir, sorry we couldnt be more help to u", with a smug look on her face, with that really high pitch patronizing, passive aggresive tone. Will be warning everyone i talk to in brunswick to avoid this place like the plague!

Nice workers, cheap and quick Mexican food, decent quality, but not for people trying to watch their sodium intake
