Taco Bell, Springfield OH

Due to their limited staff, I had to use the Kiosk. I am not familiar on how to use the Kiosk which slowed me down when I was in a hurry.

Terrible Manager. Everyone says it. Even customers. Doesn’t like to be told anything and his motive is
“This is my store, I control any and everyone in it”

Went to main st as usual they was out of half the stuff on the menu. Nothing New! Food and service is Always horrible there. So we drove to the S. Limestone taco bell and I've Never had taco bell like this since I was a kid! It was the first time I've Ever had Hot nacho fries! My hard taco wasn't soggy! Everything was fresh. Service was great! If food was always like this I'd eat out more often!

The food always suxks, the service always suxks but the atmosphere is pretty good. I only eat here bc my weed habit, other then that, this place is trash.

Could use better management during 2nd shift with better attitudes and better respect towards her teenage workers, the way this manager acts and talks to her teenage workers is rude, ignorant, disrespectful, very unprofessional and could use a lot of work. I'm not just saying this to be mean but I'm saying the truth of what I know and what I see. It's just one specific manager that could really use some work on the things listen.

After telling me the order was being worked on, it was started 15 minutes later. The food is Taco Bell quality, but the people in line after me did not seem pleased with the over 20 minute wait also for fast food.

Bri didn't put our 6.50 cinna bon delights in our order. After getting on the interstate we turned around came back and after we called she said get in line behind the 5 cars at the drive thru and you can get them. Placed our order at 11: 26. It wasn't completed until 11: 56. She said she didn't open doors after 10.this is right after we watched them open the door for someone to let them in. Then she said only to let employee in. Should never take over 30 minutes to get an order! Don't bother with your time.

I showed up half an hour after the time they advertised they are open, and I was told nothing was ready, I had to go somewhere else.

Missing items, burnt food and way too much sauce.

Went back and they remade the burnt items but burnt them again and the gave us the missing item.

I would highly encourage the beefy melt burritos, 2 beefy melts, nacho fries, and a large Baja blast is one of the best car meals.

Employees were very rude and didn't want to help me. My opinion i wouldn't recommend this place

Hot crunchy tacos and burrito supreme. The 2indow server was very pleasant and helpful. Late night also.

I try not to be that guy, but having worked at a Taco Bell this was definitely not a positive experience. Broken bottomed tacos, ungrilled and unsteamed items, and two forgotten items that took four minutes to replace. Some items were even cold once they got in the car. Staff wasn’t very friendly either, which I usually wouldn’t mind but certainly didn’t help the experience. Unlikely to recommend any time soon.

Our first time having Taco Bell's breakfast. The lady who took our order was really nice and helpful, and our food was very good.

Just wanted a quick bite to eat while on the road. I love Taco Bell, this one utterly sucked. All teenagers running it with the managers outside smoking and talking to someone who I assumed they were friends with. My order was right except for my Gordita crunch where I asked for a nacho cheese shell then watched the guy use a regular shell still. All employees I interacted with had absolutely no personality. I was trying to be as nice as possible but they were quite rude and just didn’t care. Get better people working at Taco Bell.
