Taco Bell, Columbus OH

Your experience will differ between who's working /= there's one really good kid working there, polite as can be & actually LISTENS. && a FEW rude ladies who clearly don't wanna be there.

My food was absolutely delicious didn't get much I always usually get two chicken chalupas in a hard taco and I always get tea to go with my meal I was very happy the service was very quick and the people that waited on me in the window lose very fast and quick they was very polite thank you for your service

Lights on, people in drive thru, get to window and they say they are now closed well before actual close time, we got some lazy workers or something cause I didn’t get my precious tacos.

Avoid. They do not stay open as late as they say they do. Their employees shut down everything and sit in the lobby doing nothing until it's time for them to clock out.

Genuinely had an amazing experience love the customer service 10/10 food was great hot and ready fast and this lovely lady named miss Patrice she's amazing and lightens up the whole mood

Last time I came they didn’t have multiple items. The time I came before that they were closed at 10: 30 at night and there were employees present

Great service. Very prompt considering location. Would recommend.way better than the taco bell on e main St in reynoldsburg.

The individual was short-snippy and rushing me through my order.which made it difficult to say what I wanted to.

ok.but then why did the vehicle infront of me exchange brown paper bags with someone at the window?

Very rude, and confrontational. I was missing food, and drove back around to talk to someone. Once in the drive thru I talked to a very rude person. He made me feel like it was my fault, and was so defensive about. Overall just a horrible experience.

I work on the eastside. And everyone and employees of other restaurants are rude and angry.
But for months now everytime i go to this location, everyone is polite, smiling, just kind nice people treating others the way people should treat each other.

Short staffed. According to the lady working behind the corner, employees had walked out early on her. It was just her and a younger teen working. They had to lock the lobby because they were struggling being the only 2 employees
