16Food was excellent which is hard to find with fast food right now. But more so and probably even more rare, Joseph (the drive thru guy) was extremely friendly and actually seemed to care.
Went through the drive through at 4 PM on New Years Day, not busy so the food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Not every Taco Bell is good at putting together burritos but this one was great.
Food was good but you could tell it wasn't as fresh as it should be, Service was nice tho
Congratulations. You have succeeded in making the worst Mexican pizza to exist. Alas I am not angry, only disappointed
Its a shame when you order 4 items, pay for said items just to only get two of the items. Always make sure you check your bag before leaving.
On October 23rd at 9: 05pm, Me and my friend went to Taco bell to get some food. When me and my friend started ordering and the man cut us off, not even finishing our order. We got our food relatively quick, which we thought would make up for the bad service. We got home and found our cinnabons were old burnt and crusty, and the Mexican pizza was sloppily put together with chicken instead of beef. I did still eat it of course but maybe if the cashier actually listened instead of rushing us we would’ve been more satisfied.
This place used to be on its game. The past few times I was missing an item and had the wrong meat on my chalupa. Why is it so hard to put chicken on something and put all my items in the bag? What the heck happened to this place?
Tried to order on website but wouldn't work. Went into location to order and told it could ONLY be ordered online! BYE! Found out this also happened to a coworker! Gonna lose ALOT of business.we are both done with Taco Bell!
Almost $6 for a Crunchwrap with a teaspoon full of meat. Was very disappointed. Going rate and things I do Taco Bell
Breakfast was good but the iced coffee was not, it was very weak coffee that tasted like watered down creamer and instead of offering a different drink, the girl shouted across the store "'hey, our coffee doesn't taste like coffee" laughing. Maybe some customer service training is needed. I used to work here and we would have gotten scolded if we treated a customer complaint like that. Your suppose to keep customers coming back, not stop them from coming back. Coffee is brown even with cream, not pale peach like what I received. And when making iced coffee the coffee needs to be stronger since your adding more water via ice.
These people are slower than slow. Absolutely pitiful service. 3 people in the drive thru line and waited nearly 20 minutes for drinks. Pathetic.
This is not only the slowest Taco Bell in America but also the worst and the most expensive! They will mess up your food every single time never fails, online order drive thru order or right in person they will still either completely screw it up or make the sloppiest food you have ever seen and not even want to eat it. Please stay as far away from this place as possible.
I went through the drive thru and order one Mexican veggie pizza and one Mexican pizza! The girl at the drive thru window asked me if I order a water and I said no and told her what I ordered! She said oh then shut the drive thru window! Then reopened it and said have a nice night! I get home the Mexican pizzas look like they were thrown into the little boxes they come in! All the toppings on the pizza were stuck to the top of the box! And I didn’t get the veggie pizza she gave to regular Mexican pizzas! She did ring me out for the right order though! So that’s a good thing! I just think these Taco Bell people need to slow down and do the food right! No body wants thrown together food!
They try, and I understand that it is a fast food place however this Taco Bell never seems to get orders right and when you tell them they do not care. It has become frustrating to not even want to go. Messing up items, forgetting things.
Great place, efficient staff but there was a lack of attention at the front counter for a cash order.
A bit better than the average Taco Bell. Drive thru service could have been more efficient, there was a bit of confusion over my order; however, once clarified, the process was efficient. My order was correct and the tacos were properly filled. My quesadilla was kind of skimpy on one end. The service was kind and professional. Overall solid 4 stars.
