19So I don't know what it is with this Taco Bell and they staff but let me tell you what then boys is rude I have never been so disrespected over a taco in my life I will be calling corporate if nothing gets done by a management if I don't get a phone call by management man I'm gonna shut that store down you guys are so hit
Barely anything in my taco, taco not even made right how the menu has it. People were rude. They want 15$ an hour LOL!
I got the party box and my hard tacos were stale… when I called the managers had an attitude… I didn’t want them to remake it I just wanted my money back they are very rude at this place I will not be going back.
Its an understaffed taco bell. Indoor dine-in area is closed, but not signs were posted the indicating such. I saw four vehicles pull in with would be customer, who got out their cars and tried to enter the building; I even saw one guy, holding a baby, walk around the building and try the other entrance; please put up a sign.
The drive thru communications were poor. Service was also slow. The food was prepared correctly.
The staff was super friendly. Our food was ready quickly and the staff even talked and bantered with us. I brought my two grand girls in and they were especially nice to them giving them free cinnamon twists and talking with them!
WORST taco bell ever. Never open at correct times. Orders are sloppily prepared. Just close this location already.
The tacos were broken and soaked with meat juice. I don't think they would eat them. Shame on them. Won't be back.
I had a DoorDash order that I can absolutely verify. My dasher showed up and they said there was no order. Then when I called the person who answered was extremely rude to me. They should have just pushed through my order. I work in the service industry and that was just ridiculous. I have never been treated so poorly in my life from any kind of restaurant. They should just shut this one down and let the others do their thing. Last time I ordered from this location every single thing was ice cold when I got it.
The woman working the drive thru SHOULD NOT be in food service. She was extremely rude the entire time from the speaker to the window where she proceeded to slam the window in my face, never asked us a single question never even said thank you and didn’t even give me a receipt. Neither of my quesadillas had any sauce on them and therefore just went to waste. I wasted my money on food I thought would have been edible. This by far the worst experience I’ve had.
Its taco bell what more really can be said truthfully, food is always as expected and service is swift and polite. Visit quite often always get polite and professional service.
Just was so happy to get some nacho fries & of course after I pulled off & started eating them the cheese was hotter than the fries! My fries were old, cold & stale! It’s nothing worse than wasting your money! I came here tias, Sunday Nov 13th @12 noon. DO BETTER

I hate to discredit just this place when so many places in Akron have terrible service, but tonight put me over the edge. You never know when this place is open - closed before midnight most nights even though it says 2: 30 on weekends. Tonight I sat in line for 20 minutes 3 people back and don't know what was taking so long. Both people in front of me were at the order speaker for at least 10 minutes each and I left before the second person was finished. I doubt they were ordering much though because this is typical. It should only take a few minutes per order. But I was so fed up with it taking over 20 minutes for 2 people and who knows how much longer it would take when they got to me and my single item order. There's really no excuse other than management hiring one inexperienced high school kid to do the job of 3+ people. I don't blame the employees but management for not having anyone there to move things along in a reasonable time frame.
The lobby is rarely open. The staff is rude and very unprofessional. The cleanliness of the restaurant and staff is disgusting.
I ordered from the kiosks inside and the staff was friendly and fast and the store was clean
I was very upset. We waiting in the line for a half hour basically and the lady who took our order, after our order she told me to wait at the speaker so we did. Sat there for another 10 minutes and so I said hello? And she said ok go ahead with your order and I repeated some of it and she finished it for me and then she said WITH an attitude to pull around. Then she continued to have some attitude. And not only that they forgot a extra side of cheese sauce we asked for. They have a side of shredded cheese instead of nacho when we clearly said nacho cheese. I may just be being petty but I’m very upset. I always either get something forgotten or something at this location.
The longest wait in the drive tho I've ever had, probably would have been faster to drive to Mexico and get real Mexican food
Manger on 10/25 at around 930 or so was very disappointing and rude. Was not satisfied with order was all messed up. And she wouldn’t help me fix it when I called.
