Shut this location down or fire the entire staff. Twice when they're supposed to be open no answer. One time it was open they were only serving drinks. Pointless af.

I pull up to the drive through and the people said we aren’t taking orders. No explanation as to why with no care in the world at PEAK HOURS. This is terrible. This store always has a reason to not make food for customers. It’s like their manager leaves and they lose all care in the world. Worst Taco Bell in the area by a long shot. TERRIBLE

Charged my card for food I didn't recieve had sign on door lobbyclosed had signin drive thru that said go to lobby waited til we ordered online took my money then came outside said hey were closed cancel that order very rude

Don’t go unless you want to place your order then not move. You’ll sit in the drive thru for 20 minutes and never hear from anyone or get your food.

It's taco Bell. Horrible. Location. Everytime i order. The crew necer gets it right and this is the second time ive gone for lunch and they were closed. GET IT RIGHT ITS FAST FOOD WOW

Worst taco bell ever. Never open when they are supposed to be, orders always screwed up, food quality SUCKS, employees are rude lazy and apathetic, and store is filthy. Should close and leave it an empty lot. Employees want $15 an hour but deserve $3. Wouldn't send my worst enemy here.

10-20-22 I arrived at 8: 50am. The restaurant hours say they're open at 8: 00. Me and two other people went through the drive-thru and nobody got served

Literally waited in line with 10 other cars at around 11 for 15+ minutes, I'm sure others waited longer, just to hear a non-apologetic "we're closed" once I finally pulled up to the mic. Absolutely ridiculous.

They lied about not taking door dash orders, when I have come to this location and have taken them after 10pm. At least tell everyone to say this, instead of not wanting to do your job. Not even busy and having an excuse smh. Don’t even bother coming to this location.

Fourth meal, after getting back from the airport. Fast service. Food was what I ordered. I was pleasantly surprised.

This is the worst Taco Bell in the city of Columbus. They constantly close way earlier than the time states and never seem to have Uber orders come through. Serious lack of work ethic at this place.

This taco bell is trash and robbed me of my money. Placed a breakfast mobile order well over a hour before breakfast was over. The app says my order is ready i arrive and they claim they didnt have any breakfast ingredients yet people before and im sure after me was ordering breakfast. The guy on the speaker was a b***h was rude and refused to give me my money after it was too late to cancel order in the app refused to let me speak to a manager there doors were locked and everyone there is acting like they dont know how to answer a phone. Highy unproffesional and i need my refund asap

Mid-week late night visit. Got there at Midnight on a Thursday for fourth meal. In and out by 12: 15 even with a line of about 4 cars ahead of me. Food was warm and correct even with some customization (had them leave sour cream/guacamole off my XXL Grilled Stuft Burrito).

Latest visit 8/14/2022 at 2: 34AM. They were out of several menu items but they were posted on the board so I didn't waste time on asking for unavailable options. (Issues at the distribution center).

I ordered a chicken chalupa supreme minus the sour cream and three beef soft tacos. The meat on all items was hot, cold toppings cold and it was correct. Guy at the window asked if I wanted sauces. Good experience.

My experience was over the moon, and I'm not just talking about my edge to edge loaded taco! The chicken quesadillia was superb and they made sure to put no sauce on it which is usually the case on my chicken quase at another place. Great food! Drive-through line was moving nicely, no snatchy hands at the window for my debit card. Overall a Great experience! I would reccomend this tacobell to friends and family!

Went through the drive thru tonight and my order was completely wrong when I got home and what was right was so old that the soft shell was stuck to the paper. I called to inform the manager on duty and as I told him I was not able to come back up there and I wasn’t calling for anything free and do not want to leave my name for a replacement order I just wanted to bring it to his attention he was rude and then hung up on me.and this is why people are constantly against giving fast food workers $15 an hour.extremely disappointing

Waited 15 minutes before someone helped me at the counter and because I asked for a steak soft tacos they said that they had to charged me a $1.more because they only do chicken. So sad! I can see why their parking lot and drive thru is always empty. I won't go there anymore.

How can you forget $5 or $6 worth of food every single time? I honestly believe this is a scam.
