Taco Bell, Austintown OH

Absolutely disgusting I watched a line worker answer their personal phone and then put it in his pocket and keep working without cleaning his hands. Absolutely disgusting.

They are always short staffed. Expect to wait a while for food. I don't blame the employees, they work hard to manage even tho they are always short people.

Wow, if I could give a negative rating I would! They are so slow at Austintown Ohio location and they took our order, messed it up, and when we complained about it they threatened to call the cops. Their education level is low

The food was exactly as expected but from the time I placed my order until I got it was 25 minutes. 2 simple burritos shouldn’t take that long.

Waited 45 minutes in line and had to leave before my car got to the point of no return. You really need to change your drive thru so when you take an hour people can leave. The guy in front of me had to have me back up so he could reverse and be able to leave so he wasn't late for work.

The woman who has worked there for years was great and friendly as always. But ordered nacho fries.there was 11 fries total (18 cents a fry). Bean burrito was so small I had to take a look to see if there was anything in it. Asked for hot sauce and they gave me 2. People are going to get tired of being ripped off really quick.

If I could give a zero or negative star review for this specific location (Mahoning Ave. Austintown, OH), I would. This taco bell is the epitome of failing fast food service. 100% of the time you'll get the wrong order, then you'll get attitude when you say something or correct an employee. I've even kept my mouth shut and went inside to reorder what they forgot the first time, & they have blatenly pointed a finger at me and realized they're mistake, then continued to say nothing, not refund my money, and toss my bag acrossed the counter with sarcasm. Is this location ever going to get an owner or Manger that cares about how their employees present their brand? ! I'm driving to the next closest location from now on and getting food that's actually correct and actually good. Shut it down or clean it up already!

Waited 15 min in the lobby at 9 pm for one meal. Woman walks up to me and says she's been waiting 25 min. Threw my receipt away and walked out the door. Never again. They couldn't even pretend to care. Pathetic.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Never give the receipts so you can prove when your order is wrong. They have never gotten our order correct. This is the absolute worst taco bell in the area. They placed all items they felt like giving us in the bag loosely wrapped so the when you check your bag everything spills. How taco bell has turned into trash

I was on my lunch break and ordered ahead online, when I arrived there were 4 cars ahead of me in the drive thru, it took almost 20 minutes to get my food, when you only have a 30 minute break you can't afford to spend 20 minutes in line with an online order. I only saw 2 people working, so I am sure understaffing is a big part of the issue.

Taco Bell is good, but this is probably one of the worst ones in Mahoning county. Literally takes like 20 minutes to go through the drive through at seven. Like come on?

From the time we entered the drive through with 7 cars in front of us it took an hour to get to the window to get our food. Totally unacceptable.

Just tried them again, sat in line for 45 minutes for them to say they close in 10 minutes and refused to take our order.

I went yesterday after work, it was close to midnight. It was the first thing I ate all day. Gave me food poisoning for the first time in my life. Never had a bad experience till now tho.
