Taco Bell, Parma Heights OH

Just so disgusted with all food establishments lately! Spent $30 for 3 people which its simply ridiculous particularly when there is like a tablespoon of meat in tacos and my son gets tacos with meat only. I ordered a chalupa supreme, a cheese roll up add meat and pico. I used to order meximelt. No chalupa and cheese roll up nothing added. All shoved in 1 bag with a burrito supreme towards top. It was a huge smashed bag of mess. I didn't even bother calling, what a tremendous waste of money!

Supposed to be open until 4 am? Lights are on and cars in the parking lot but no response from drive through

If you are looking to get Taco Bell anytime after 10 pm, don't go to this location. The last time I was actually able to purchase food from here without any issues was 3 years ago. The employees close the store whenever they feel like it. If you pull up to the drive thru they will not say anything to avoid having to work. If you happen to get them to talk its always something along the lines of "Our register is broken" or "We are out of the basic components to make a taco". Taco Bell used to be the place where you go if you were hungry in the early AMs and now I just avoid it all the time. Day Dr. Location is good and so is Bagley Rd. However don't expect food from those places if you show up within 2 hours before close.

We ordered online for in store pickup. When I arrived (around 6 pm) the doors were locked without even a sign noting that in store pickup should go to drive thru. Picked up sealed order and drove home to open it. Since order was for 4 people, I wasn't able to quickly check it before I left. Got home to find that 3 out of 13 items were missing. We called the store and they were not the least bit apologetic. I drove back to the drive thru and, again, they were not the least bit apologetic and didn't believe we were telling the truth. We ended up eating a very cold dinner after 2 trips to Taco Bell.

I ordered veg Mexican pizza a veg power bowl and drink I just got power bowl and drink I didn’t got Mexican pizza and I also confit with my Uber driver he also said me this is what I got! And I tried to call but the didn’t received my call

I believe Bobbie is the manager, if not, she should be! I have never had a bad meal here. They always get my order right AND the tacos are filled fully! The service is always quick, efficient and pleasant. This is literally the ONLY Taco Bell I actually like. Whatever this store is doing, ALL OTHERS SHOULD DEFINITELY PATTERN THEMSELVES AFTER THEM!

I like this location I go often for lunch sometimes for breakfast staff is always friendly

Food was made wrong rice was hard didn't give us are two grilled cheese burrito and the girl didn't give us are receipt

In takeout, please check your order before leaving the restaurant. The management is worst. When I called them for missing items in my order, they simply responded me to come back to the restaurant to pick them up

Every time I seem to go they are cooking more food and need 15 minutes or their registers are down. Funny, I used to work for taco and I know their procedures. Food is always ready as it only needs to heat up. Maybe if they stopped smoking weed all the time they might get some work done! Seems to be specifically at night. Just go to day dr. Update. Happened again, three times this month. They refused to give me corporate number or a managers name.

Went through drive-in, I asked a question regarding the new burrito melt vs the original burritos. The worker sounded annoyed so I said I will repeat question clearer since I thought maybe they couldn't hear me clearly with their speaker. The rude lady stated she was the manager and said she wasn't answering my question since I didn't explain it properly. My english is fine and the question was very simple. Sad that a manager works at an establishment but not qualified to perform. I told her in retail the customer is always correct. That her rudeness was unacceptable. Which she denied serving me and told me to leave. I won't go back there but will seek out satisfaction to this type of behavior. Stop using Covid, kids are young, short staffing as excuses for the decline in service and professionalism.

Worst service. Just pulled up to the drive thu. No one else in line. The worker says “we aren’t serving food for awhile we need to catch up” I thought it was fast food? No one else was in line. What if I just wanted a drink? I didn’t even question… just pulled off the last thing you want is someone like that mad or angry making the food you are going to eat smh. I’m sure the manager/owner doesn’t know this is going on.

The young lady that waited on us was absolutely rude. She acted like I was rely putting her out. Food was thrown togethet

If you are always going to close early then change the freaking hours, this is getting ridiculous and is a huge waste if everyone’s time

This location is usually very good and accurate. Not on this visit, ordered a regular taco no cheese, no lettuce, got supreme taco, but got 2 of them.also not sure why but the app wouldn't allow me to place my order, I kept getting an error when I tried to checkout. I don't think this was the restaurants fault though, just inconvenient for me

They seem to be a solid crew of people.
The food is good.
The line moves quickly enough.
What you have to do is pay attention when around there because of the construction.
Those trucks are moving fast.

Terrible staff, disgustingly dirty, I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from this location

Worst taco bell around. The paper shouldn’t stick to the food, that means it sat there way longer than it should have -. -

After going over my order 3 times with the girl taking it to make sure it was correct and pico would be added, I get home to eat and discover that NO pico was on my item but instead refried beans! Gross
