Taco Bell, Minerva OH

By far the worst taco bell/ KFC I've ever been to. After 25 minutes waiting in the drive thru, the cashier at the window couldn't find my order. Pulled into a parking spot amd went in amd the manager re-took my order. They put grilled chicken on the tacos instead of ground beef amd I specifically asked for no lettuce. Surprise, they put lettuce in them,

Got the chips and cheese and the chips were so nasty. Called the store and they said they sat in oil and were supposed to be thrown away but they weren't

Its like hit a miss here. Most of the time the food isn't good here it done of the worst taco bell and kfc you can go to.

Ordering food here is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get.

So.went here this past Friday night (wanted Nashville Hot Chicken). We got food, sat down (maybe 10 min) & was told we needed to hurry & get done caus they were closed. Really?
NEVER had that happen before anywhere.lol

This KFC/taco Bell usually never gets an order right. If you call and talk to someone about it they do make it right tho.

I went there today and ordered 3 nacho fries, a nacho bel grande and some other stuff and the nacho fries were all half full and one was completely empty except maybe 10 fries and the nacho bel grande was in this tiny container and also half empty and it was almost $5. So disappointed

Every single time we go to this location it never fails, it's a bad experience. Their employees the majority of the time have a less than pleasant attitude. We either are missing iteams, recieve wrong iteams, or things are made incorrectly. The line is always long. As of lately, I try to get a Baja blast and they are always out. Tonight however was absolutely disgusting. We ordered soft tacos, a crunch wrap and doritos tacos. When we got home, something didn't taste right. Well everything but the doritos tacos tasted as if it was sprinkled in cinnamon. It was disgusting.

After spending 15 minites, 10 at the drive thru speaker, no one took my order. Driving around the building revealed at least four individuals on duty but doing nothing to expedite service. I watched 4 other vehicles leave in disgust before I joined them.

They can't seem to ever get the order right forgot a taco this time last 2 times they were spot on thought maybe they had new management so didn't check order yesterday and boom forgot my crunchy taco have to check your food everytime can depend on them to complete order without being supervised

The child taking our order was rude. Asked after 2 menu items if we were done, we said no. He gave us our total. We had to yell to get him to come back to finish our order. We added another item. He asked AGAIN if that was it. He of course was told NO AGAIN. Why? ! We didn't ask for a receipt, cause- COVID- so no way to review the person. Also when we got to the window the kid didn't speak a single word the whole time. We had to ask for sauce. Other than that, food was good.

Worst TB around menu outdated all the time compared to other TB locations. Can't use the app. Orders are wrong almost every time. Food is made poorly. Owners should be ashamed but they won't be.

They were good the first time I came but my second experience was not the same. My taco bell AND kfc was made by a 5 year old. Seriously. No thank you.
