Had lettuce in with my cinnamon twists and asked for a beefy 5 layer burrito and a cheesy Gordita crunch and instead I got the burrito but a regular hard taco

I ordered via mobile app so i did not get the cashier’s name, but she was the sweetest! Only been to this location a few times, when driving through oak harbor, but never any issues. In fact they’ve been noticeably better in terms of freshness. Hot food AND the soft drinks are on point/fresh (can’t tell you how many Taco Bells serve watery Baja Blast)

Had Mexican pizza for the first time since the public raved about it. I was definitely disappointed. Alot of refried beans with not much ground beef. Perhaps that's the way it supposed to be? Friendly staff.

Very very good, probably the best taco bell I remember having. Kudos to the staff for an outstanding job. Even with being short staffed. Food was great and store was very clean. Again one of the best taco bells I have eaten at in a long time.

The drink I wanted was out on the sales floor. I asked lady working counter if she could fill my drink. She did. Went to leave to get a refill, different person, argued with me that she couldn't refill my cup if it was empty on my side. Look lady, please just touch the button with my cup underneath to catch said beverage. Nope, can't do it. Stupidity shows up for every shift at this place.

I've never been to a taco bell with such large portions it is probably the best Taco Bell I've ever been to

Order extra. There has never been a time when I got everything I ordered.

Ordered 2 mexican pizza meals with large coke zero and large iced tea. We were told they are out of mexican pizza. And they only have 1 large cup. Got up to the window and asked for mild sauce.yep, you guess it, they were out and didn't expect to get a shipment for 2 weeks. The worker was really pleasant though.

Tacos aren't as full and nachos aren't as big as other locations. Employees are friendly, but food isn't as good.

The girl who took our order was very nice and the girl that gave us our food had the nicest smile

Literally the worst taco bell branch I have ever been to on a consistent basis. I will no longer eat there after multiple order mess ups. Last time we went we got a taco that they had forgotten to put meat into at all and tonight's food was ice cold, prepared with the wrong meat, and the other half the order just missing from the bag. Save your money or go someplace else!

Do NOT order power bowls. I spent 7 bucks on it and got a single vote of rice, beans, and lettuce even. It had like 6 tiny pieces of meat and per usual minimal sour cream and guac. It didn't get the avocado ranch that's supposed to come and they all together my container was like 1/5 full. Took me about 15 seconds to SLOWLY eat the whole thing. Thankfully my family didn't know I stopped for myself and brought me food. EXTREMELY disappointing. Like with most places go as soon as lunch starts and you get the good crew! Sour cream from end to end you can actually taste, see, feel the meat! I got a 5 layer a few days ago about an hour til close it had no meat at all and it was basically 95% beans on a dried out tortilla. Kind of sad, 2 years ago when I worked for this location our night shift was the shift. I don't ever do people like that. U drop almost 10 bucks on a bowl that doesn't even have a drink it was a FULL bowl. I'd honestly not eat here again if it wasn't one of only 2 options for me with my current location.

Tonight, they were busy and I'm sure they might have been a little short staffed just like most places are. Kudos to the girl at the window for apologizing and handing out free taco tickets for the "long wait. " We had a good sized order and the wait really wasn't that bad. Thank you taco bell.

I ordered chalupa coz I love it but this past 3 weeks every single time I bought it the chalupa shells is pretty tough and they never put the nachos in my order only the cheese dippin

Went here tonight and ordered food for the family. I was highly disappointed when we got home and opened it up. 2 of our naked chicken chalupas had NO tomato or sour cream. Lots of lettuce and a little cheese. One also tasted very burnt. The toppings and meat on the rest of the food was very skim, with little meat. We tried to call but no one picked up. And when we ordered our food, there was only one person behind me, so they weren't that busy. We were very disappointed with how we got our food.

Tried a new burrito that was being tested in this market. It was pretty good unfortunately they got my wife's burrito wrong.

Signs on the building say dine in open online says it's open but when you arrive all the doors are locked.

This place is God awful anymore. Food is always cold, and made incorrectly. You cant call to complain to demand a refund because nobody answers the phone there. Convenient because it's less than 5 minutes from home, but willing to waste gas and just drive to Catawba instead. What a waste.
