Taco Bell, Athens OH

I just went there and didn’t get any of my sauce in my bad and the sized down on my drink when I payed for a large. These are the laziest workers I have ever seen… do not suggest going here

The food was amazing! It was packed full of flavor and the dinks were great. Got Baha Blast and a few different tacos and it was overall really great

Literally never gets my order right. Always at least one thing missing. Food is fine but the staff clearly doesn't care.

Got 2 grilled cheese burritos, a chalupa, and a chicken quesadilla. All were perfect and made quick!

Tried a few of their new menu items. Was really impressed. Staff was friendly and fast. I've never had any issues with this location though. They always do a great job!

I just paid for tacos at this facility that weren't fit to eat. They tasted and smelled of very old grease. Please do your job! Stop selling food that is going to make someone sick. Absolutely terrible food tonight.

Oh I love the Doritos tacos they are the best. I'm not a fan of the soft shell stuff, I like a crunch

Friendly staff. Always busy late at night. Food is always luke warm. When I ask for extra, it don't seem they listen. The cinnamon delights were not good this time, normally it's my favorite.

I am giving one star to one worker. Don't know her name but she has multi colored hair. I have been in customer service for 40 years. She has yelled at customers and people picking up deliveries.

The workers at this establishment are outstanding in every sense of the word. My fellow roommates and I have been visiting this location over the course of our long college careers, and the workers are always more than happy to put up with our excessively large orders. I have frequented many other Taco Bell’s in my days, and let me tell you this one is on a level of its own. They have never EVER messed up anything in our complicated orders. God bless the world and god bless the Taco Bell on e state street.

Abby and Gabe qnd their team members keep this place so clean! The food is ALWAYS HOT AND FRESH WHEN THRY ARE WORKING and I think that is SO important for taco bell ingredients. No one wants a gross halfway cold taco or to have their $7crunch wrap thrown together in a heaping mess.

My tacos never fall out the bottom, the teams roll game is beautiful. The food is ALWAYS good with Gabe and abbys team. They deserve more recognition for how top tier they keep their store in my opinion

My daughter and I went through the drive thru at Taco Bell, and my daughter ordered a chicken Quesadilla and there was literally two small strips of chicken on it and was not folded right so the cheese was stuck to the paper. Will not be back; their has been sucking horribly…

The drive thru employee with the bad dye job and gauged ears cussed me out and slammed the door in my face and said I didnt know how to properly pick up an order. She has no idea how doordash works and is a miserable person.

Order wasn't made right and they didn't put much on the soft taco Supremes they had put very little meat on them and a few of them had just a little meat and just a few drops of cheese nothing else and was shorted a drink and when try to call them they never answer phone

Some of the food i got was cold and stale. I was also asked if i wanted any sauces. I told them i needed at least 6 at the order board and window to double check. I was assured they were in the sealed bag, but only 3 were present. Get employees that can count above 3.
