Taco Bell, Mentor OH

Normally I don’t mind when something goes wrong with my order, such as a crunchy taco instead of soft. But uhhhh, I don’t remember soggy tortilla with a side of light beef and old lettuce being on the menu?

This has to be the nastiest, most unpleasant TB I have ever been to. I visited on 11/2/22 around 1225pm - I went there for a coworker and to start, the window was repulsive as always.

The customer service has to be less friendly than the BMV
The workers appearance is always sloppy. It blows my mind how someone can be allowed to arrive at work looking so unkempt.

The girl whips the window open, grabbed my card, gave me my receipt, and whips the window closed.
No hello, no total, no have a nice day.
I was the only car there so it wasn't as if they were busy.lol
& even so, be polite.
You guys really hire anyone with a pulse.

Very fast service. I tried to use the app in the drive thru lane, but the service was so quick, I didn't have time. Everything was correct on the order and good too!

This location has the best customer service and quick made food hot! I made an oops and ordered on the app using the wrong location for pick up. Even tho I order at the wrong store this location made it right! This location and Tyler host them same ownership! Thank u again! Happy Friday!

It was as expected, tastes like death, but I don’t seem to remember that when I get a craving for it. It did taste a little different this time though, the beef had somewhat of a bitter taste. The food may have been contaminated with the girl that took our order’s attitude. This girl sounded like Kristen Stewart’s version of Wednesday Adams if she were to make a cameo in the Mean Girls movie. Some say you can still here cutting sounds coming from the drive up window, to this very day…

Was a great late night taco bell they were open till 3am then 2am then 1am NOW 12 am? WTH People went here to get food after midnight and these Clowns close at 12 am?

Inconsistent: maybe it's just me: but I've had lots of "broken grill" or "out of food" scenarios here. I'd rather order from an actual restaurant (very close nearby) for takeout than risk getting stuck in their drive through and waste the same 10minutes in a concrete-bordered queue line that I can't pull out from.

Placed an order online at about midnight but apparently they closed but my online order was still placed. Didn’t mind if they were closed but literally online said open I paid for it and showed up to find people leaving. Never got my money back never got the food. Very upsetting to say the least.

This is the “steelyard commons Walmart” of Taco Bell. Every time I drive thru there is always a reason that they cannot operate, as normal. Many times this location is “cash only” because they claim to have computer issues. Other times, they close for 15 minutes in the middle of a shift change and will not take your order. If I held my breath in hopes of ordering every time I try to go through the drive thru, I’d need an ambulance. It has become a running family joke how bad this Taco Bell location is. Don’t get me wrong, it is NOT the employees. The owner/manager are clearly neglecting this location.

So, this is the 2nd time we have been to this location, and we ordered nachos with cheese, and the chips looked old and tasted like poison. The soft taco supremes had a weird taste to them, and it appeared they didn’t have any regular shredded lettuce on them. The chili cheese burritos weren’t folded correctly, and half of the stuff was inside the wrapper. I don’t foresee my family and I ever coming back to this location because it is poorly run. You can never get a hold of anybody even if you try to call, they wont answer. They don’t change their oil for the nacho chips because they taste like chemicals. Also, the man at the window had left the window open after we paid, and we could hear him grouching about customers calling in and complaining. Well, nobody would be complaining if things were being managed correctly. This was another horrible experience, and unfortunately, we won’t be returning to this location.

I chose dine in service. The employee told me I could only order at the kiosk. They would not take my order at the counter and I had to use a card to order. First off- I have no desire to learn a new/ different format for every fast food service I go to although this seems to be the new norm. By the time I was through figuring out the kiosk I was so frustrated that I had no desire to eat. The employees were standing in the back talking to each other. Then the kiosk refused to give me a receipt without me giving it my personal information. When I asked about it the employee said she could not make my order (I had already paid) and could not give me a receipt. One of my potato tacos had no sauce. I will not be going back to that Taco Bell since it is not worth the hassle to order through the kiosk. They change the menu every couple of weeks. I also do not want to eat in my car. Especially tacos.

Very very rude staffing every time. Inability to give correct orders. Half the time they say their computers are down or that they’re out of meat (HOW DOES TACO BELL RUN OUT OF MEAT? !?)

Cheese quesadillas were nothing but a tortilla with a few pieces of shredded cheese if that.

I get that this is Taco Bell we’re talking about but why does this location stand out from the rest so much?

Don’t even bother ordering DoorDash. If your order even gets to you IT WILL BE WRONG!

No matter what time, they are “temporarily closed”. 11 am? “Closed” 2: 30pm? “Closed” Or even just now, 5: 15pm (dinner rush), “Closed”. How is this place still in business? Workers are rude. Orders get messed up. No management anywhere.

This location needs work. Every time I go through there's always an issue of why I can't order something. 1.) No potatoes (this lasted 3 days). 2.) No burrito wraps (seriously? A taco place with no burrito wrap?). 3.) Not serving due to food currently warming up. 4.) The fryer is down, can't serve latest menu item or anything fried.
Also, chips are always cooked in old oil, prime ingredients missing, etc.

Seems like a management problem. The staff are always kind and polite.

Edit: June 8th, it is 11 PM on a wednesday, I went in the driveway and was told they were closed for the day. I asked why then are the lights on, and the guy in the intercom told me (If you don't like itm then you can open up your own taco bell). This place has a serious problem. It needs fixed. It is in a prime location and is being treated a s if it's the only restaurant in town. The individual that spoke to me was a male, and again, 11 PM on June 8th.

Every time u go there after midnight they say they r only excepting door dash orders, but yet there opened til 3am supposedly. I don't want to give any stars but to post this I need to give at least 1. I work 3rd shift this is the 3rd time I have been told this at this taco bell

Its a good thing i cant post pictures and show how LITTLE beef i was given on both the nacho bell grande and my actual taco. However, I cant give a super critical rating as this is only one mistake from a usually promising establishment. Also, prices are pretty high for some of the menu items. They’re advertised as around $6 for a combo, but once you get the drink included with the combo it goes up to $9

Underrated. I usually go at night and my only issue would be the insanely long wait times. But they make it right. My orders aren't messed up, the employees aren't rude, and one time when they were out of beef, they gave me extra tacos for free, plus a huge stack of coupons for free tacos when they pulled me up to wait for my order.

This place is an absolute rip off they charge 16 dollars for a taco and burrito cravings pack when i can go to the other taco bell 2 miles down mentor avenue by the great lakes mall and get it for 12 dollars.
