Taco Bell, Findlay OH

Been getting sick every time I decide to eat here, and have had plenty of other bad experiences. The one on tiffin isn’t as bad

I went up to speak to the cashier, about my order, he thought I ordered 2-#3, but I actually wanted a #2. After I sat back down to eat, Derek, the store Manager brought me out a #2 combo meal, and a $5.00 coupon. Derek, you my friend have very good customer service skills

Terribly slow service, waiting in line for over 15 minutes and the line never moved luckily I could get out of line or I would probablystill be sitting there. Could see workers walking back and forth into the lobby, walking outside horseplaing around, seemed liked they could care less to actually work. Management of this store should be ashamed of how they manage and should not be in Management.

Very friendly and helpful employees at the drive thru. Mexican pizza was awesome along with the supreme tacos and free Doritos locos cheese taco. Mango tea was perfect. (The employee taking order suggested it).

WOW! Every single part about this Taco Bell was so enjoyable. The parking lot was clean and easily accessable from the highway. The staff was all super kind. The young man was sweeping the place and stocking everything with such a great work ethic.
A woman walked in and the woman behind the counter knew her by name and gave her a warm friendly welcome.
It was amazing. Food was steaming hot and yet the lettuce was still cold and crisp.
Can't give them any more love. They're the best taco bell we've ever dined in throughout 5 states.

Service is great, however I've been debating on reviewing their accuracy for a while. Today was the dealbreaker. I get extra beef and extra cheese (paid extra!) every time I come here for my Nachos Bellgrande. Have I EVER gotten extra beef or extra cheese? No. What is the point of having the option? Why do I pay $2 extra every time and never get what I pay for?

The service was prompt (online order for pickup), so the food was hot, and it was value-priced.

Every time I go there, the taco meat part is so watery, that by the time I get home 5mins away, the hard-shells at the base are mush & split apart making a mess.
Not to mention when they are in such a rush, the tacos can be lacking of ingredients.

In the evening they like to give you the exact opposite of what you asked for. Ask for EXTRA sauce and they give NONE. Ask for NO onion and they LOAD IT with onion. They think its funny and the evening managers have done nothing about it even after multiple conversations. Tonight the conversation was with Kyle. Absolute horrible place to eat smh. Not woth the stop. Go to Tiffin Ave location!

WOW - Tasked just like when I was a kid. This is best Taco Bell I've ever been too. We liked it so much while traveling we intentionally stopped there on the way back after a weekend away (two times in 3 days). The food was presented very nicely, bagged with care, food was hot, each item was correct (we customized every item), the wrappers was marked so the entire family easily found their desired meal. The staff thanked us for choosing taco bell. The dinning room was clean, well stocked with sauce, napkins, and assorted items. I can tell the management and the entire team really care about the guest experience.

With 2 stops my faith was restored in the Taco Bell chain. My son said this was the best he has ever had and wants to plan a trip back (we live 2 hours away) just to eat here.

The people are perfectly nice here but the food isn’t very good. The Taco Bell on tiffin is better.

Love this Taco Bell! Everyone does a great job and is very friendly. Always good quality food. The wait in the drive thru didn’t take very long.

The food is absolutely horrible and has NO taste whatsoever! I took 2 bites and threw it all in the trash. I spent $12.00 on this order and I will NOT ever go there again!

Very polite staff but very slow service. My orders have been about 80 percent correct and no issues with getting replaced when they are wrong. Get there early because drivethru line is usually wrapped around building into street. Its nothing to wait 30 mins or more during these times
