Taco Bell, Xenia OH

Made an order for pickup, that included three soft taco SUPREMES. We received 3 regular soft tacos, that if rolled up, might have been as big around as a regular hotdog! For close to $3 a piece, this is absolutely unacceptable!

The young girl who was out in the lobby pretty much is trying to force you to use the kiosk and she had the personality of a wet dish rag shouldn't be out

I was very impressed with how clean this taco bell was and the service was quick the employees were very helpful and nice and the food tastes really good.so over all this taco bell is one of the taco bells I've ever been to

The taco meat was HOT and all other fillings were fresh. Best taco I've gotten in a long time. Good job.

Big long hair in my food after I picked it up at drive thru window. (This would have been noticeable if employee looked at food before sealing it) Makes me question the cleanliness of this restaurant. I used to work at a Taco Bell so I understand the protocols for cleanliness and this Taco Bell has clearly not taught their employees.

The Cashier Was Amazing Yhe Cook Did Great The Food Was Fire The Managers And The General Manager Are Amazing At There Job It Was Super Clean Fast Service Im So Serious Loved It!

The crunch wrap wasn't quite as good as the first time I had it and it seemed spicier. It was from a different location than where I got my first one. The service was okay.they just didn't seem like they were having a good day, I guess.

We had a bus full of 12 people and Steven, Shelly and vincent we amazing fast and nice. And i’m saying food was in the car 5 minutes after the order.

Clean inside and out, fast service with a reasonable expectation of your order being correct. Open until 3: 00 so perfect for the late night high craving.

As a door dash driver and local resident I come through this Taco Bell very often, and am often blessed by the service of Shelly S working at the drive through window. Shelly is so kind and friendly and always brightens my day. The world needs more people like Shelly.

Got the deluxe box. Chalupa was stone cold, burrito was dripping out of the wrapper/paper, and I was given less than half the nacho cheese that comes with the nacho fries. Worst food experience I’ve had at this place so far. Window person wasn’t friendly at all.

More than 25 cars in drive thru have gone through with their orders filled, and NOT A SINGLE ORDER has been filled inside. When we said something to the cashier, she explained that one side of the workstation is for drive through and the other side is for inside.

After I wrote the above review I found out that the reason it took so long was because the first order that held everything up was for one work place for about 20 people! Perhaps Taco Bell managers/workers should "think outside the box". If they take a large order like they obviously did, they should have half of the workers in the drive thru line temporarily work on the inside orders. At the very least, they should let people know before they order that there will be a long wait.

They like handing out someone else order the the wrong person, I spent a lot of money then got to work and and wrong food I didn't order along with spouse wrong food.

A staff member by the name of Faith at the Xenia, Ohio location did a phenomenal job! Thank you for the wonderful customer service!
