Very clean bathrooms well kept. Glass looked immaculate and my food came out in a timely manner and modified how I asked for it.

This is a great Taco Bell location! You could tell the food was recently made and everything we ordered was jam packed, which you don’t see anymore at other Taco Bell locations. It is hard to justify eating out even at fast food restaurants with prices going up and quality going down, but this one disproved that. Keep it up because Taco Bell is one of our favs!

I hadn't had taco bell in a couple months due to this specific location which is the closest to my home. It was simply awful then. Recently, I went back and it was amazing how the service had improved. No issues with my order, everything was fresh and cooked correctly, the line at the drive thru was well managed and served in a timely matter (6 cars in line). My order, which was a decent size ($30) order only took 15 minutes from order to exiting the parking lot.

The new dipping taco is pretty fire! Also the cravings menu you can't beat for the price

The store is nicely organized and remodeled. The staff is ever so friendly, but the service is extremely slow. The overall quality of the food is horrible compared to other Taco Bell locations. I tend to order the same thing every time. I haven’t been to this location is ages. My order took about 10 minutes to prepare and it was absolutely terrible. Poorly assembled and the burritos at this location were missing ingredients!

Not exactly the friendliest person to deal with at drive thru. No hello or anything. Just “go ahead with your order” Really?

The Quesadilla is really nice. Not a big fan of most of the food but gotta say that with lunch and being on vacation this quick food really helps satisfy the appetite. Great fast good you get what you want can't complain always gotta get the big baja blast and nacho fries when they do have it of course and you can't beat happy hour

This store had an automated ordering system. After ordering, the food was prepared quickly. By the time we got drinks our food was ready. We had burrito supremes and tacos.

This place is always in disaray and the staff very clearly do not want to be there. They always mess up my order. Go to the Tbell on Cemetary Rd. Much better.

Food was awesome, and had the best service from the friendliest and most charismatic staff I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell! I’ll be back for sure!

I stopped by this Taco Bell during a very busy lunch hour and one team member really stood out to me, Antoinette (the shift manager?). Talk about someone showing leadership and initiative! Antoinette was greeting all of the guests and making sure they had everything they needed, all while keeping the kitchen motivated by calling out orders and getting them out quickly and accurately. She didn’t even miss a beat to come help me when the ordering kiosk froze. It’s rare to see someone this outstanding at their job. She made the whole experience so great I just had to recognize the job well done!

The food was made perfect the way I asked, but everyone u was in contact with hated their life at that very moment. All that was said was repeated a couple things we said and the price.same with the person at the window. Just the price and then the window was shut until the food came then nothing even then. Handed over the good and closed the window.

I've discovered the fiesta veggie burrito is delicious, it's a healthy choice too. Ordering is effortless on the inside kiosks and using the app will put you in your seat sooner.

Their spicy potato tacos are NEVER FRESH! Gave this location way many too opportunities and their tacos are never fresh!

Placed order online, drive to restaurant and they say they are closed? I understand being understaffed but this is ridiculous.still waiting on my refund.
Definitely will never go to this location again. Customer service is clearly not a priority.

Every time I try to get food delivered from this location, something is missing, or the drivers simply cancel the order. I don't know what these kids are doing to make this so difficult.

If I could I would put 0 stars rude staff first off rushing my order is that it is that it 2 asked for extra ranch on the steak bowls they put 0 on and got the order wrong completely food was cold and seemed to have old lettuce in it wasn’t even fresh this isn’t even the first time either they really need to shut down or get new management to run it better if your debating to go to this Taco Bell don’t save your money it’s just sad they can’t get it together I keep on going so often to see if anything changed and they don’t it sad to get food that’s not cooked at all especially chicken and give their costumers cold food like I said save your money unless you want food poisoning or a upset stomach
