Taco Bell, Washington Court House OH

On multiple occasions I've gone to this Taco Bell and have had a terrible experience. Breakfast crunch wraps with no eggs. Grilled breakfast burritos not grilled and no meat but tons of cheese. Just a couple experiences. Today I asked for chips instead of cinnamon twist. This is what was in my bag. 10 chips just dumped in the bag and they had the nerve to charge me for it.
Corporate really needs to step in and do something. Staff was yelling at each other and unfriendly

1215am we stopped to get food, was told they couldn't do anything grilled or fried, and they were out of beef. So basically anything we wanted to order wasn't avaliable to be made because they already cleaned the fryer and grill according to the employee. WHY, when advertised AND posted that you don't close until 3am at this location.

Went to this location to order dinner for the family. I ordered two freezes, one drink, and numerous delectables. Needless to say, the order was not just a couple of dollars. Their freeze machine was down, so I took the offer of substituting. Where I am unhappy is that my order was missing two items. I have to drive over 10 minutes to get to this location, so it’s not like I wanted to call and go back to get the rest of my order. I would call to let them know, but I don’t know if I would get my money back…needless to say, I may not go back to this location again. It wasn’t during a busy time, though it was on a Friday, so that may be a factor. In any case, this is disappointing because everyone was very nice.

This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Every time I go to this location my order is always wrong, every time. I understand mishaps happen every now and then. But it's always an everyday occurance to the point it starts to feel like the staff is taunting you. As a vegetarian I order specific vegetarian items or I substitute the meat with beans, it seems like the employees at this location disregard what I am paying extra for and let alone what I am ordering. I ordered a spicy potato soft taco the last time I was there, and what do I bite into? A huge piece of chicken as you can see in the picture. I will never stop at this location again and for anyone who is looking for fast food in Washington Court House, I'd advise you to go elsewhere.

We ordered 2 soft tacos and 2 beefy crunch burritos and the dip taco and never got there dip taco after waiting in line for over 10 minutes

Food is good usually hot and they give plenty of hot sauce. Drive thru is very quick. Service is great.

My order was completely wrong and when I went back to have then fix my order the girls were very rude. Most the crew was outside talking to a man in a truck

Taco bell is always good. Only reason for the 4 star on service is because drive thru wait was a little long.

•First they didnt listen to me and took everything off my card when I specify asked not to. Then they didnt listen and gave me a bean burrito instead of a 5-layer burrito.

•Went there again and they got my order wrong and was too busy chit chatting. Tried giving me 4 cinnamon bun bites when I ordered 12 after already taking my money. The food was cold and greasy, the hard tacos were shattered and falling apart.

Got there at 8: 53 and waited for 30+ mins.
For them to open up the lobby in 25 degree weather outside And just decided to leave btw the workers was looking at us pointing

Went to this location at 12: 20 am on Jan 2 2022 there was no cars no one else in line I ordered a beefy burrito the meat was cold! I ordered a chicken Quesadilla and the cheese wasn’t even melted. This tells me they didn’t steam the food before they threw it in the grill. April thanks a lot for cold undercooked food terrible experience!
