Why does this Taco Bell always have the longest wait known to man? A drive thru with 2-3 cars in front of me shouldn’t take 30 minutes to get through. The worst part is, you can’t pull out of line if it’s taking too long. I guess the workers need to be paid more so they actually care? Never even an apology from what I’ve heard. I’m still waiting for my food as I type this…. Sept 9th 8: 17pm.

Much better than the other taco bell in town. Certainly not without it's faults but honestly not bad. The wait can be a little long but only because of how busy they get. At the other taco bell you have to wait 10+ minutes per car so this is a huge improvement.

In the 7+ years I've lived in Lancaster this taco bell has been the most accurate fast food I've gotten. Can really only remember one time they messed up an order and they quickly fixed it.

EXTREMELY slow service. Even when ordering online expect a 15-20 minute wait. If you're in a hurry and are under the impression that "fast food" means it should be done fast don't even bother with this place.

Ordered food through Door Dash. Only got half my order the last 2 times. Reordered the missing food. Never got it.contacted Door Dash.reordered again.just horrible of management to pack half an order.just really lazy production. Every time an order is messed up they should take it out of the manager's pay/bonus

After a long day of in the sun working and not wanting to cook, I chose Taco Bell for dinner. I walked in, and the restaurant was completely empty. I ordered the cheesy gordita crunch box. When my name was called, I only received a cheesy gordita crunch no ther sides. I asked one of the five cooks where the rest of my meal was, and he said it was never put in the system and he couldn't make any more food without it in the system. I didn't wanna make a scene, so I ate my ten dollar cheesy gordita crunch. Went to wash my hands, absolutely appalled. When a restaurant sesting area and drive-through are empty. No bathroom should ever look like this:

Young girl working drive thru was spaced out. Line was a half a mile long, and she just stood there confused about what to do. Step up on the training please.

Congratulations to the manager and employees here, this restaurant appears to be running very well. The drive thru was quick (there were about 5 cars ahead of me). The attendant at the window was friendly, quick and professional. The lot was clean and not littered. My fiesta veggie burrito I ordered looked well put together, wrapped carefully and was fresh, warm and delicious. All of your efforts are noticed and appreciated!

I was given the wrong order and didn't notice until I was almost home and they replaced it for me 2 days later since I lived 40 mins away. The replacement order was exactly as we wanted.

Waited in line for 45 mins got home and it was completely the wrong order called in and the girl was so rude told me she had a long line so she couldn't talk told me I would have to come back and wait in that long line again for my right order! I know mistakes happen and I should of also checked before I left but wow that customer service was terrible!

We tend to order on the app because they have better combo deals that you can't order at the restaurant. The drive thru service can sometimes take a long time. Food is almost always hot.

Absolutely garbage there wasn't even enough meat on the tacos to fill a spoon. And just a drop of everything else. These people can't make tacos and need retrained.

Taste was good but the tacos were made ver sloppy. Just ingredients tossed on the shell and folded in half not rolled like a taco should be. Made it very hard to eat without it being very messy and the tacos falling apart

Usually great. Tonight was messy. Items open in bag. No fork for pizza. Checked bag in drive thru, missing items.

Taco Bell is great. Love the online ordering. My order is correct the majority of the time and if not, oh well, not a huge deal.

Seems like it took over a half hour to 30 minutes to get through the line if I could have backed out I would have left I couldn't go forward because it's so not wide enough and I couldn't back out because there was behind me

Just went through the drive thru where we waited 38 minutes before we finally got our food. I ordered a cheese quesadilla with EXTRA cheese because this location never puts enough cheese on it. Only to get home and find that not only was it BURNT to a crisp, there was NO CHEESE on it. And that is no exaggeration, there is no cheese to be found, I have a burnt tortilla in front of me. It’s so burnt and hard, I could barely tear it apart. So upsetting especially after waiting that long in line. Giving it 2 stars because the woman at the window was very nice. But I wouldn’t expect anything more from this location, it’s never an enjoyable experience.

Depending on which one you visit, schorrway or main st.depends on how long you wait, the customer service you receive and the quality of the food.
Some days, are definitely better than others:/

Hours state that drive thru is open until 2 am. It's before midnight. All lights r out & its closed. People r in kitchen, but not serving anywhere.

Horrible experience. Placed an order online 30-35 minutes before i arrived at the store. The only option was to "grab and go". In turn i went into the lobby, waited about 10 minutes before i was greeted. At that time was told to hold on and they would be with me. I stated i was here to pick up an order. They asked the name and said they will get it after the order they are currently working on. 20 minutes went by and they stated they were just now starting on my order, which i was okay with at thie point. 45 minutes into the wait they still have not finished gathering or making my order. I seen numerous cars go through drive thru. Apparently customers who have already paid and is waiting for their food is less important than the cars waiting in the drive thru. There was people in the lobby waiting for 45+ minutes for their food. Let me recap, i placed my order, waited close to about 30 minutes to leave my house, than proceeded to wait 45+ minutes in the lobby for my food. What is "grab and go"? More like order and spend the night and your food will be ready the next day. Definitely contacting corporate!
