Taco Bell, Grove City OH

First time here to this particular location ordered on the app this place is no different as the prices of gone up everywhere Taco Bell used to be an affordable option for fast food but everything that I customize and asked for was made the way that I wanted definitely recommend this location.

I just was at this location and ordered 5 of the nacho fries deluxe boxes. They were supposed to include a chicken chalupa Supreme with each box. They substituted all the chalupas with crunchy tacos! And substituted all the nacho fires with chips! I spent $48! 10 items got substituted! That's crazy! I didn't get my money's worth! I tried to call and talk to them. Someone picked up the phone then the line went dead. I tried calling again no one picks up!

Made 2trips to this location tonight trying to get my full and correct order, unfortunately for Taco Bell my trip ended up in a loss for them because I requested a full refund, thanks to the incredibly poor excuse of a Manager who was working tonight. His name is Cory, and just because he owns a couple button down shirts does not make him leadership qualified. He is ultimately the reason that I was so incredibly dissatisfied and he is the reason that I will be sharing my experience with literally everyone who will listen. If there’s any hope for the location/shift then I would highly recommend a review of Leadership and a cut in staff! The employees are only as good as their leader and with Cory at the helm it is possibly that he will set the wrong tone for all the young staff who work under him. So very sad and I will never ever go back when he is there! What a waste, this location used to have people who cared and may still have a few left. But they’re being over shadowed by the worst people!

Extremely mad. The lid to the soda I got was not on all the way and when I put it in my arm to get out of the car the lid opened and soda spilled all over me and the car, I was wearing one of my good white shirts and it's now beautifully stained thanks. The soda didn't even end up being good it had no fizz.

My food barely had any kind of meat on I had more lettuce then I had anything didn't even have tomatoes on my food

The service isn't the fastest here, but the workers have always been very kind and courteous to me. That's most important

Drove all the way from south solon Ohio and the young man on drive thru went over and above to make sure my wife got exactly what she wanted at the best cost he could get it for her it was a completely custom order and the crew also knocked it out of the park best taco bell I have been to

Stopped in for a strawberry lemonade because they are the best and a great price! Young lady was super nice and service was fast!

Since their employee Chris became a manager, I have seen the food, cleanliness, and service in this particular location completely turn around and become outstanding. Pleasant and welcoming place to eat with great food currently, and I have to say it seems to be the leadership of this one individual that has then responsible for the change. I don't have proof of that, but the anecdotal, demonstrative, and circumstantial evidence is quite indicative, and I myself have seen the way he interacts with customers and his employees. As a local civilian bystander, I have to admit, I'm impressed, and I have to wonder what he's doing at a fast food restaurant instead of somewhere in the corporate world. But all that aside, I recommended this Taco Bell for everything except the prices. They are admittedly high, as are most Taco Bells in the Greater Columbus area, for whatever reason.

Ordered 2 separate combos with multiple alterations to both. They got it perfect. The burritos were huge. Tortillas were fresh. Ingredients were perfectly portioned. The crew was polite and service was fast. It's been a while since taco bell has exceeded my expectations. So, good job Stringtown Taco Bell.

The staff were fairly unwelcoming, as they were obviously not very happy to be there, so the problem probably isn't the workers. The tacos that I ordered were very small, with a minimal amount of meat. The 3 stars are due to previous experiences that I've had with thus taco bell. Previously my experiences at this taco bell have been slightly above par with the staff being the only thing knocking their score down.

Haven't been to a tacobell in a while. Food was hot and made to order. Service could have been with a smile. It seemed like they were understaffed, but I know a lot of places are. Our biggest complaint is that restrooms look like they are never a priority on any given day.to me, this is how I know the rest is clean.
Overall food is good.my youth group loved it.

Now I would say this most of the fast food that I have visit I can never I can give it five stars straight across the board like this place.
Time is about 8: 00 p.m. 8: 20 somewhere around there it's a Thursday March 16th and this is the second shift crew I like to say to the manager good job you have a good crew here
Am really shock.the customer service is outstanding when I went to the drive-thru and also when I came indoors.walked around I look for anything just to say that it was not clean enough I could not say that it was very clean you can eat off the floor lol.
If Iyou craving for Taco Bell.are just to spend time with friends or family don't hesitate and definitely don't waste your time at other Taco Bell's come straight here ASAP

The hard taco shells were stale and rancid! Tried to call and tell them not to serve anymore of them but nobody will answer the phone.
