Taco Bell, Columbus OH

Great food, though, the prices are too high and they skimp on beef in their tacos. I love the food but it's high cost due to price and skimp.

So I show up, and there is 1 car in the drive-thru. So I sit behind it, and sit, and sit. So I go park and try to go inside. Nope.doors locked. So while I am looking for another restaurant, that car is still sitting there. I mean.just close the place if you can't get anyone there to work.

Eating in the parking lot after drive thru hits different. Amazing food and excellently fast service and very kind interactions.

I understand it's a luxury to be able to get food somewhere after midnight, but I had my worst taco bell experience ever today. I purchased 6 tacos and 2 drinks and waited an hour to receive them. It looked like some system was down inside the location, but they were taking online orders. There were probably 10 people in front of me though. I don't understand how it would ever take that long to make that order. I saw at least 3 employees operating. Whoever is managing this taco bell needs to wake the heck up.

Best tacobell. I've been to several around town, and every time I've been to this one, the food is good and warm! It seems like some of the other tacobells allow their food to get cold and mushy

Hello, we ordered two burrito supremes and Four crunchy tacos!

However when we got home we had ONE BURRITO (not supreme) and 3 soft tacos. Not even close to what we ordered. So disappointed and frustrated!

Not bad food was a bit cold when we got it. (Update) they also don't open till 9. Most people's day starts early and can not enjoy their breakfast. Should open earlier.

If I didn't have to give it a one star, I wouldn't. Went through the drive through and was told there would be a 20-30 min wait, that I had to wait in the parking lot. I waited. The meat in my food was freezing cold. Like it had never even been heated up. 3 hours later my 6 year old granddaughter started vomiting and having diarrhea. 13 hours later, she is still very sick. I tried calling the polaris parkway location as soon as they opened and continued calling for 4 hours. No one answered the phone not one time. I then drive to the location and tell the manager Amy what had happened and I would like a refund. She laughed at me and said " sorry, that's not how it works" she refused to do anything on her end. Even though it was her store that served me the bad food. Worst taco bell experience I have ever had. They definitely do not care about their customers.

They only except cash every single night and you just get a strong feeling that's used as a deflection so they don't have to accept your order. And then if you ACTUALLY have cash on hand at the time of ordering they can only make certain things. This particular location needs to stop saying they are open until 3am.

I was 4th car in line. I got to the speaker in about 12 min. After waiting 3 min I asked if they were open. She said just give me a few minutes. I left without ordering. 3 cars behind me had already given up and left. It is always slow here but getting worse. I come at least once per week but won't be back. Plenty of other places close by to give my business to.

Do you like showing up and finding out that the card machine is down half the time, and they can only take orders with cash? Do you enjoy sitting at the order speaker in the drive through for 7 minutes after some chick slurs “one second…” at you, when you’ve already sat there for a few minutes? Well then, this is the Taco Bell for you. I used to go two or three times a week on my way to work until I sat waiting to order for 10 minutes (*not exaggerating*), as the only car there, at 11pm. Drove off without ordering. How is this place even still open?

For sure the best Taco Bell in the area. I will avoid going to other locations if I know I'm even somewhat close to this one. Service is always fast and very friendly, and food always seems fresher and better than other stores!

Why do you say you are open till 3 am when you aren’t? Checked your website, drove 15 min and at 12.30 you are closed!

Worst customer service ever.
Placed Mobile order, waited for 30’ minutes and went to pick up through drive thru. No one responded back on speaker, have to wait for 3 minutes calling them then moved to window to collect the order but the order was not ready, lady with headphones on answered my online mobile order was jot received and I have to order through drive thru. When I asked, why no one responded on drive through window she said sorry with out felling sorry and moved on.

I never seen this kind of service anywhere, very unprofessional. Looks like they don’t care for their customers and servicing them.

This chain has really gone downhill!

My last 3 visits to this store have ended in utter disappointment. They love taking your money but couldn't care less if you get your food.

Spend nearly $40 here tonight and only got about HALF the food I ordered. To top it off, they don't give a receipt so if you try to complain they don't have to do anything to help.

Terribly disappointed to see one of the only fast food joints I still visit do such a poor job.

Edited 5/2/2023: This is my last visit to this location. I'm tired of the stoners being too high to complete my order. Why are we okay with paying outrageous hourly rates to people who can't do the job? ! This location is stealing from you. Don't leave without checking your order thoroughly.

Every since I was a little kid I always got excited about thinking of going to taco Bell. I could eat there every day

They got my order right, which is always the problem I have with Taco Bell. No complaints here. Food was good.

The staff at this location are phenomenal! Everything was made perfectly and even beyond our expectations. The staff were friendly and super polite. Our cheesy gordita crunches were delish!

Tanisha was at the drive thru window. She was very polite and precise when taking my order and repeating it back to me. Very professional, kind and it’s appreciated.
