Taco Bell, Columbus OH

Usually really good. I've been going there since it opened over 20 years ago. With this last visit we pulled out of the line of 6 or so cars that simply were not moving and went to McDonald's. I do understand, filling fast food positions in our area is tough. I will certainly try again another day.

Can be a bit slow sometimes. After standing in the lobby a few minutes without being acknowledged we decided to order on the screens in the lobby. Our food took 20 minutes. The drive through seemed to be going slow too, but we understand everyone is really short staffed. That being said though, no1 should ever have to wait 20 min for fast food. I gave it 4 stars though because it normally isn't this bad. I've come to this location a lot and if it let me, my true average score would be 3.8

Got breakfast via the mobile app and when I went for pickup forgot 4 of my things. Gave me sausage instead of bacon due to being out when I would’ve chosen steak if given the option because their sausage is not good. Waited 7 mins at the window for the food to be wrong and having to go back through the line due to doors being locked. Do not recommend go to the one down the road in Powell they’re 10/10

Be very careful here they charge almost double the price for there food over other taco bells.
What I think happened is they have a thief that works the window at lunch time. I hope he loses his job.

This Taco Bell is slow so if you're looking for something fast on lunch don't come here I work nearby and I consistently see the line backed up and today I've been sitting in line for almost a half hour needs new management or something needs to change this is ridiculous

Went for breakfast and they said they had no hashbrowns or potatoes. Had to refund the entire order and they couldnt give us anything.

Id give it a negative 100 if i could.my kids and i drove through after a late night on the road because we are here to visit the zoo.put my mobile order in 1 hour before and sat for 30 mins at the drive thru line.once at the speaker 4 hours before closing time i was told they were closed.i said well i have a mobile order so they said pull forward.they proceded to hand my order to the car in front of me.the car handed the bag back after holding it for a good 3 mins. Now heres the fun part! The car in front of me had ky plates that had expired over a year ago.i constantly had to flash my brights to keep them moving after nodding off! They were obviously on something! Well i got my bag to find a crack pipe in it.obviously threw the whole bag away and tried to call the store for a refund, but there was no answer!

never ever go to this taco bell!

I have never had a bad experience at a Taco Bell. My food is always fresh and correct. Good work

Absolutely positively do not go inside and expect me waiting on right away because all they care about is drive-through drive-through drive-through!

Good service, warm food, and safe not sorry check your items when they're presented. All store in the area have a tendency to miss in the chaos.

It’s the second time I’ve ordered food inside and it was never prepared. I was able to receive my money back both times but I won’t be back. I was the only person inside today and my food was still paid for and not made.

The food was horrible they barely had any chicken in my wrap and they had no nacho fries defrosted

Yikes- Taco Bell needs to check this location. They leave out main ingredients at will, and almost all burritos and tacos are only 50% filled. Cheese never melted in a quesadilla?

This place sucks. Takes forever to get food. Ice machine doesn't work half the time. And half the time they get my order wrong. Been standing inside for 10 to 15 minutes after waiting through the drive through and nobody has helped me. Just talked to a customer inside and he has been wanting longer than me. Lmfao. Bring back caned baja blast.

Lovely people, great food that was heavily stuffed! The manager on duty asked my mom and I 3 times if everything was good and said bye and held the door open for us. Super friendly.

The staff completely changed and they were making mistakes every time even when they're a remaking it. Even the staff themselves say that they're understaffed and training even a months later. So we stopped going to this Taco Bell for now.

Before

This taco bell is more consistent than any other in the area. The staff is great- very nice and courteous. Any mistakes they correct quickly but usually order is correct.
