The young lady at the window was very professional, personable, she is one of those individuals who can turn your bad day into a good day.

Thank you so much for the speedy help, there was a VERY long drive thru line and they were about to lock the doors and let me pick up my mobile order.

This place definitely delivers high standards weather its food or service or just the fact that they are tremendously friendly and chipper!

Always quick service and clean eating area. Very nice for Taco Bell. By far best fast food place in Barberton for quality and cleanliness.

Wait time was 14 minutes in drive thru and after placing order they made us wait at the speaker another 6 minutes before allowing us to pull up to window. Then the order was made wrong and no sauce was given to us although we specificaly requested for sauce

Taco Bell doesn't serve Pico de Gallo anymore! What's going bye bye next? Tacos? Call it Burrito Bell?

This was ridiculous, I understand staffing issues and I understand sometimes things happen, but sitting in the drive thru with 6 other cars for 35 minutes is ridiculous. Soemthing should have been done or said to give customers a heads up orders would take this long.

Asked them NOT to forget my sour crm and what did they forget? SOUR CRM! Nice kid tho at the dt.

Okay, I didn't want to make a public review because I genuinely like the people that work here.but the restaurant number doesn't work when I try to put it in for the survey. Anyway, we USUALLY have a great experience here but we got a larger order a few days ago and the quesadillas + crunchwraps were practically empty. For what we spent ($38 total) I'm extremely disappointed.

Asked for 3 grilled cheese burritos and ended up with With chipotle ranch chicken burritos.

This was my worst experience with the food of Taco Bell and won't be giving My money to this site I purchased the chalupa box with extra sour cream and The burrito supreme with extra sour cream and they cram everything in the flimsy box breaking the Taco shell and the chalupa shell was Stale like inedible and the ratio of food was much less than that of the store off of the Tallmadge Circle in Tallmadge where they offer quality food even though the prices are high nowadays

The price has gone up which is dumb, but they made me a breakfast crunch wrap so good I felt the need to review.

Today Nov. 8,2021 I had an order pickup via Doordash, yes I'm a dasher. This woman placed small bag beside pop machine and proceeded to register. Noting was said as we made eye contact & I told her I 'am there for Doordash pickup. The snare & huffing & puffing & whole vibe that came off as negative. Don't think this woman should be running front counter. Oh yeah, was told she is a manager, (Makayla*) who has had several problems with customers & dashers for the same attitude. Joe, she needs to be gone & yes I'am mama of an employee.
Please bring back the salad

I paid $9 for a small soda and grilled steak stuffed burrito. Burrito was "stuffed" with a teaspoon of steak. Goat is not impressed

The drinks always taste like they have moldy ice. Its no fault of theirs but they always have a very long line. But even when it is a few cars it can take a long time to be served via drive thru. And recently I had a REALLY bad case of food poisoning from what I am 90% sure was their food. The servers are usually polite, but the food quality is borderline dangerous.
