Taco Bell, Maple Heights OH

This Taco Bell always be missing some food it's like some one is staking it to take it later o eat it for real it's a everyday thing I stop goin to this one

There were people inside of the store that came on the speaker and said they are not taking orders right now it was Sunday at 5: 00 in the afternoon

Don't come here. Every time I come through the drive through they tell me they are only taking orders from Door Dash. Why have a drive through if you refuse to take orders. This place is closed for all intents and purposes.

This location always has issues with orders being wrong, or not taking orders. They don't put any signs up saying they're not taking orders, and often you wait several minutes before someone even bothers to tell you.
Additionally, the times we have managed to actually get food here, they've been wrong every single time.

Taco Bell just needs to close this location. It's been a constant problem for more than 6 months at this point and it's only gotten worse.

Sloppy made tacos, hardly no meat cheese lettuce or tomato not a taco supreme as I ordered just threw in the bag no napkins

Waited in the drive thru 5 minutes with nobody saying anything just to pull up to the window for them to tell me they weren't open. At 5: 30 mind you. Where is management! Seems to be a theme in the restaurants in this area. Shameful.

I wish I could give them less than one star the staff here is the worst at their job and absolutely horrible at customer service do not waste your money here it's a better to drive 40 minutes out of your way than stop at this Taco Bell, Taco Bell corporate if you are listening shut down this location these people do not deserve to have jobs

By far the worst Taco Bell in the World. Always out of many item's, and only taking mobile order's. Was in line 20mins just to pull up and hear y'all say that.

The service here SUCKS! The girl who took my order was rude as hell, the food was old, and I would advise that no one attend this establishment! The staff needs to be FIRED! They all thought her behavior was funny! Never again in life!

Why did I wait 20 minutes in a drive thru to have a rude woman tell me they weren't serving food. I will never go to Taco Bell again.

How can your company make money with this horrible service? How can you be open and not serving food to people? Why did I have to wait 20 minutes to find this out?

Imma doordasher ben here for 20 minutes rudest customer service have had sitting in the second parking lot still waiting I've been a dasher for a while now and I Love to serve the community but this is the kinda things that make people not wanna dash

If you value your time, energy, health, and sanity - do yourself a solid and bypass this location on Warrensville Ctr rd. Pathetic in every way.

6/13/2023: No dine-in and customer service is slow and without proper courtesy afforded the customer.

Let's face it everybody loves tacos and Taco Bell has the best tacos from here to the border

Not a big fan or the Bell, but I can say that if your hungry. You can get full for cheap, cheap!

I have been here numerous times over the last year with not one good experience. Wait over 10 min for even the smallest order and forget drinks everytime I've been told to move up out of line. Solution to forgetting drinks is to go back thru drive thru. Fo yourself a favor and just grab something from any other establishment.

Ordered food through the mobile app, got to the resteraunt, never received my order even though it said it was ready to be picked up. Recorded the black guy with blonde shaved head say “F You” and smirk. Couldn’t get my order done 3 times because he wanted my phone to make an order I had paid for and 30 min later, that was the result
