Taco Bell, Toledo OH

Wait in line for 20mins to be told “mobile order only”. Taco Bell is the only place that does this. Put up a damn sign or something.

EVERYTHING I got was rock hard and ice cold. Never again will I support this specific store. Do better

Small amount given for $13.00 3 soft chicken tacos not happy & cinnamon twist was cold & to much cinnamon sugar on it.

No one seemed to be working at the counter. So we used kiosk. The food was good. And all the chairs for the tables were on top of the table's. So we are at a counter that faced the parking lot.

Me and my son got a stomach bug from the food I got from this Taco Bell. I got their chicken rolled tacos.

Told me to wait in front of the store 20 minutes so that their timer wouldn’t look like they was moving slow! Gtfoh!

Would not take my other, just Point at the computer for me to do the order myself. Why is there 5 people just inside just standing around doing nothing.

Ordered the new dipping tacos last time i ordered they where good this time they didn't use the braised beef just the regular nasty hamburger meet and I ordered 3 of them not worth 4$ ea with that nasty meet taco bell back of the list of places to go

If you want a crunch wrap expect just veggies. No meat. Always put the Mexican pizza on the bottom is their life motto and to get hired you have to have an iq of 1

Just stay at home lol or go somewhere else. This tbell is trash. Id rather scoot it against concrete than eat here

Everytime I order at night something is wrong. Employees have terrible attitudes and need training. Always out of uniform chewing gum loud talking in the speaker. I’m not sure what happened if it’s under a new franchise or what but it’s disgusting

Sat at the speaker over 5 minutes and nobody said anything. There was a person inside the store.

I love the fact that Taco Bell always tastes the same because sometimes you just got to have it! The staff could use some work, though. It wouldn't kill them to make eye contact and force a smile. After all, I do it for them and it doesn't cost a dime.

Don’t believe the hours they say open til 3: 30 but I went at 1: 30 they were closed. Like nobody there been closed for a while.

My order was messed up. I got Mexican pizza meal deal and some how ended up with sauce and cheese no tomatoe the shells were stale or like made later in day with old grease. Normally this is my go to taco bell. Pretty bummed.

Food is constantly forgotten from my orders. They randomly close early without any prior notice. Half of the time they take doordash orders only. Customer service is always a 0/10. The lines are slow and the food is sub par. Don't waste your time.

This location is horrible the quality of the food at this one is horrible compared to the other ones in the greater Toledo area. First time I went they couldn't even make a decent cheese quesadilla cheese not melted and none of the sauce your supposed to get was on it and the grilled cheese burrito I got which I like at other T bells was barely any cheese on the outside and wasn't melted very good and the inside dry Missing sauce. Don't waste your time or money going to this location you will be very disappointed!

When I ask for my food many times they still get it wrong, they don't put no more ice in their drink's! It's so bland! Get a hold hold of yourselves taco bell. Couldn't believe I loved your food!
