30 minutes or more every time. Doesn’t matter if there’s one car in front of you. Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to.

This place is in need of better managment and or personnel maybe both. I was in drive thru line starting at 6: 10pm and reached the speaker by 6: 40pm. I had a mobile order which I selected to pickup at the drive thru. When I checked in and arrived at the window, they handed me my food. It obviously had been sitting for the whole time. My kids had soggy tacos.do better Stoneridge Taco Bell. Not visting here again and deleted the app. I'll find better places to spend money.

Why yall gotta change your hours to closed at midnight ya boi wants a chalupa at 2am sometimes

They always close 1-2 hours earlier sometimes they serve door dash orders only and turn away customers, very bad customer service and management

I love this Taco Bell. I went through Drive Thru to pick up my online order today. Ash is really nice and friendly. It is 12: 55 am today just got my food. It’s delicious. Thank You So Much Ash. I love it that Taco Bell is actually hiring a wonderful and friendly employee who provides a great customer service. Thank you so much. I will definitely come here often.

SLOWEST Taco Bell ever, y'all need to remake the drive thru so there's a way people can get out instead waiting 30 minutes for y'all to take someones order. Got my food and they out of forks, y'all barely got anything on the menu for someone to need a fork. It's ridiculous!

I made a mobile order around 11: 30pm and got there roughly around 11: 40pm, I waiting roughly 15mins or more to get to the speaker to tell them I had a mobile order just for the guy to say jeez. I then waited another 15mins from telling the worker that to getting my drinks and then another 10 mins or more to get my food. I then drive home, and as I’m getting everything out I noticed I was missing an item, and then found out, another couple items was incorrect, so I grabbed what was wrong and went back. I then waited 15mins to get to the speaker again, and tell them that as the worker was arguing with me about how the items “weren’t missing” even though I never received them and said that the 3 items didn’t come the way I told them and ordered them. After telling them the missing item and what was on it, and telling them the incorrect items were made wrong I waited another 10ish minutes to get to the window and then after he asked what order I had I told him I was the person with the missing/incorrect items. And I then waited an additional 15mins mind you the hours say they’re open until 2am but that only applies to DoorDash orders. And both workers weren’t even there in a uniforms and was very rude when we interacted. So all in all 1hr and 20mins total in a FAST FOOD line is ridiculous. And would advise if anyone go here to just go somewhere else because this would be the 4th time I’ve had to go back and either have my order fixed or be told they can’t refund because it’s not a store level issue.

Hours online say open until 2: 00. Showed up at 12: 45. Waited about 20 minutes in line to be told they are only doing doordash.

Be honest about your hours, you just wasted me time and gas taco bell!

Just came home from getting food at this location & I'm HIGHLY disappointed. I ordered a taco party pack for my kids & I ordered three crunch taco supremes for myself. The wait was entirely too long, just for them to mess up my order. When they finally gave me my food, they handed me one box so I asked them if my taco supremes were in the box along with the tacos that are in the party pack. They said yes. I get home & they're definitely NOT in there. So I ended up eating two of my daughters tacos that she was too full to eat. Not only did they mess up my order, but the tacos they gave us were literally cracked & broken before we even touched them & they were literally falling apart as we picked them up to eat them. For as long as we waited, I definitely expected better service AND food. Will definitely be calling tomorrow because they need to compensate me somehow. This is ridiculous. Would post pics but it's not giving me the option to.

None of the employees at this location seem to have any common courtesy. In fact I would say they are downright rude. I went through the drive through today, and the woman who took my money just held out her hand and said nothing. She barely even looked at me. She shoved my bag of food out and it was nearly dropped because she didn’t make sure I had it. And still said nothing. We always have to check our orders here because they frequently get it wrong.

The lady at the counter was extremely nice and helpful. The food is the same as any other taco bell. They were out of the dripping tacos on our visit.

Ordered through Uber eats and the the food was complete TRASH!
I was on the phone with uber eats driver and employee was BEYOND rude!
Uber eats needs to take this restaurant off their app.
You can not mess with people's food just because you are in a bad mood, I threw the whole order away after reporting it to Uber Eats. I hope no one gets sick because of this employees malicious attitude.

I got a cravings box. They forgot my crunchwrap and taco so I only got a drink and cinnamon twists

Just had the Chicken Quesadilla combo and whoever made the food needs a raise. Holy cow! It was the best meal I’ve ever had at this location!

Waited over 20 mins inside to get our order. Order was missing items as well. Over the 20 mins we saw every single persons order be incorrect. Look for fast food don’t come here!

Employees are rude, food was awful, and can someone tell me why the pandemic has long been over but yet they still get away with keeping the doors locked and the lobby closed all day? Oh wait probably because the staff and management are too lazy to actually deal with people face to face and keep the lobby clean.absolutely pathetic the way places like this are now

Sat in this drive thru with several cars ahead of us, got to the order screen and at 1: 44am we were told they are closed. We even called on our way and were informed they were still open and did not close until 2am. We went out of our way and wasted our time to sit in a drive thru line and not get served. When we asked why they wouldn’t serve us, they said “we are out of a lot of things and people are getting mad. ” We asked them what their names were and they wouldn’t tell us. Absolutely horrible customer service especially when they took the cars in front of us’ order and ESPECIALLY when we called ahead of time to verify.

Between 10 and 11pm, June 28th. Rudest employee ever! I will never accept service from someone who is mad at me for breathing again. Lady, I don't even know you! I'll just decline at the window if I can't back out, and cook my own food.
