Taco Bell, New Philadelphia OH

My husband my son and myself just got done eating inside of this restaurant. I applaud young people working however, when finding a table that was wiped off was impossible. We went with the cleanest of them all. The employees did not greet us or say anything. The one was throwing food and there were no napkins at all. No toilet paper in restroom. I know it sounds mean but we left our tray on our table to try and get someone to notice and clean up. Plus we were the only customers inside so no need for the mess.

I haven't had Taco Bell in so long that they don't even make my usual anymore however the girl working overheard the drive through person say they didn't make chicken gordita supremes anymore and jumped in saying "she's new she wasn't here when we served that item, but we can make it for you. " I didn't even know that they were made with flatbread.just thought that they were made with soft flour tortillas.so I said ok you know I trust you and they were perfect thank you so much for giving me the Taco Bell experience I needed

We had to wait almost 5 minutes before any one even noticed we were there waiting to order we said hello 2 time and even talked over are order and still no one came over to help us till sum 1 walking past asked us if we needed help food tho was excellent.

There is no MORE SERVICE.
Everything is now done by ordering thru a computer and no interaction with anyone.
It's not friendly, no one greets you with a smile and just feels so horrible. Never coming back to this location again

Man I got to say, I use the app alot to customize my order and they nail it everytime. Thank you for making it an easy experience and dealing with my bizzar orders.

I went in between the breakfast and lunch and ordered the breakfast crunchwrap. It was cold and greasy. Really inedible. Drive thru girl was nice though. I have never ordered breakfast before and think I'll stick with the lunch/dinner menu.

Ate here 3 times in the week I worked nearby.

Best taco bell I've ever been to! We are a large family and order a lot of customized items - we're used to mix ups, messups, forgotten items etc - not this time. The order was perfect, the items were even marked what was what and the girl behind the counter was super sweet! We recently traveled across the country east to west and back, and then north to south and back. This is the best taco bell out of MANY! Thank you for the wonderful service and delicious food! Keep up the good work!

The only way this Taco Bell gets good reviews is because the Uhrichsville one is 10x worse. I moved here and our old Taco Bell was good. I didn't realize how good I had it until moving down here and getting food poisoning TWICE from this location, once from breakfast, another during the dinner menu. The amount of money I've saved since moving because almost all the fast food places are disgusting here. It's not even being short staffed, it's current staff not practicing safe food procedures. Where's the Health Department?

My order was made correctly and I got all my food. The girl behind the counter making food was super friendly.

Dude would only give me one pack of fire sauce per item.quit being cheap. I'm done going to this taco bell.they always screw up or will not give you hot sauce.taco bell isn't worth eating if your not sweating at the end.

Never have to wait very long and order is always correct and hot. Vanessa at the window was really nice! Hopefully they put her at the window more and less of the old grouchy lady who sighs and gets mad just because she has to hand me my food!

Nice respectful workers. Accurate order. Friendly people. Service was fast. Not too crowded. Overall very very good place to eat. Recommended.

Prices have increased but compared to other fast food places, taco bell is still the least expensive of them all.
