(Taco Bell/Kfc Norwood don’t eat here) Don’t ever come to this place they mess up your food on purpose, don’t work here because they won’t give you your last check nor treat you with respect and dignity. Very ignorant people prepare yourself for racism exclusion all The coworkers managers are completely rude to you and nasty at all times in this area terrible experience. I will be filing more Complaints they purposely food poisoning people please if you’re a human being with common sense, please don’t go here save your money, and time and health

Every time me or my partner has gone the workers can't be bothered to do anything. We never get half the things we order and they don't want to give a receipt to show they messed up.
They were way more concerned with smoking than anything.
Honestly I just don't recommend here at all, go to another taco bell.

Sign says open until 1 and they let us wait there for an hour before informing us sign was wrong. Even attempted to speak to a manager and they stepped outside to party for a birthday.

It’s 1: 39 in the afternoon and they’re not serving Taco Bell only chicken that’s terrible

Refused service to us and dozens of other cars stating they were closed on a Saturday when it was not yet 1 am. We reached the speaker at 12: 57 and were turned away.

Ok I haven't been to taco bell in a while but in the past I always thought it was hit or miss as far as service and the food. But I went later this evening before close. Only one car in the drive thru. They were very quick to ask me to order when I was ready. I am actually really impressed. There were maybe two workers but they were very attentive, fast, and very professional. I went home, and im not going to lie.it was probably the best quality taco bell I had ever had! Everything turned out well beyond what i expected. There were napkins. And the sauce I ordered was well supplied. The food was hot. Tasted like they just made it. I just feel like my experiences at any restaurant have been pretty disappointing and I thought taco bell did amazing tonight. I'd have posted how it looked but it was gone before I got to this thanks guys!

I wish I could give zero stars. I went in to pick up a doordash order but they gave my order to the wrong person. The app told me to place the order and pay with my red card - the staff was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful and were for some reason making fun of me like I wasn’t standing there to the point I was almost in tears. I had to leave without my order and my customer probably never got their food. AWFUL.

Claimed to have fulfilled an Uber eats order, told the driver they didn’t have any orders left so after an hour of waiting the driver had to cancel, even though order was pending. Avoid ordering from this location.

Ordered two items, nachos and fries. Pulling up to the drive thru to getting my food took 20 minutes. Not one person thought to open that window and ask what I ordered, apologize for the wait or explain what was taking so long. Three cars in front of me and the parking lot was very empty. Around 15 minutes in, I no longer wanted this food, so I parked and went in for my money back. The manager said we don't do refunds. No refunds. Your food is right there, (of course), and we can remake it if you want. What, another 20 minutes? He gave me the bag and the food was nothing that should have taken so long. The lid was off the nachos, the cheese product was running out the container, AND the food was mildly warm! Was it just sitting on the counter? Do you not keep your food hot enough? Remember no refunds! Buyer Beware! You come to Norwood taco bell to wait 20 minutes for some Luke warm food. Possible food poisoning? Not their problem! No refunds! Never Again!

Ordered 2 Fiesta Veggie Burritos and a Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito. I only got 1 of each and they refused to change or correct my order. I'm not going back there again.

Customer service is absolutely terrible. They are just talking to each other at the window when there’s 10 cars in line and can’t even get orders right. Just bad.

Absolutely terrible. I waited 45 minutes just to place an order, stuck between cars. Drove away the moment I could get out.

Waited from 12: 27pm for 3 cars to order, by the time I ordered and made it to the window at 1: 01pm, I knew I couldn't give my money in good faith and receive quality food. I left and went across the street to Arby's where I sat in line with 2 cars ahead. I received my order at 1: 05. Arby's processed 3 orders in 3 minutes.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS TACO BELL. I cannot wait for the return of Zantigo's so that I never have to visit here again.

This was an absolutely terrible experience took forever in the line and they were rude over the mic and at window and they told us we were unable to add on at the window and than when she was told we could she told us that they no longer sold them even tho it was on their menu. Then she got an attitude and said that they weren’t going to serve it. Then, once we finally got our food, the drink tasted like toilet water. The order was wrong food was burnt and we didn’t even receive all of our items and there was a bone in my pot pie.

Waited a half-hour for a simple, six dollar pizza to be served! When I told them to cancel the pizza and just refund my six dollars, they "refused"!
Can you believe that!? ! They refused to give a 'customer' his own money back even after poor service!

Their excuse for the poor service; only one cook was in the restaurant!
No one said that when my simple order was taken and I paid my money. Its as if they stole my time and held me 'hostage'!

Five years ago, this was a good place to visit. I don't think so anymore!

We know that in this economy that food is not going to be what it used to be you because everybody's cutting corners but at least Taco Bell is trying. But if everything on the menu is a little bit smaller for a little bit more money at least they have great customer service at this location, which doesn't really make up for it but it's better than some. Everybody is being affected by this including Taco Bell maybe things will get back to normal after the next election and Taco Bell can start serving food like they used to. But I think they're doing a good job just staying open because nobody wants to work anyway. At least the people who are working are extremely friendly and they always get the orders right. The man gave my grandkids three Valentine's Day lollipops and I thought that was very nice.

It's 9: 20pm Sunday Jan 15. It's adorable that while y'all have a packed line and your doors all locked, that all of you are outside smoking. Not even have the line moving or even speaking to anyone. Get a grip and do the job your being paid for or just quit
