Taco Bell, Hamilton OH

Awful. They ALWAYS close early too which is false advertising. The worst taco bell I've ever had the displeasure of ordering food from. If i could give 0 stars I would.

My 5 layer burrito was a mess along with my chicken quesadilla wasn’t even cut right only in half not only that it looked like a kid made it I could understand if they was rushed but nobody was there….

This location is trash. We don't even order food we simply are dashers. Depending on the time they choose when and where to accept the orders to make. And when they refuse you are trapped in line. Or they make you pull out back and wait 45 for food that never comes. We even got confronted by one of the employees before refusing to pull forward, "you sit there then, I'm still making money and you're not" They have the worst attitudes. The worst customer service, and the worst team. They have no guidelines no one ever answers the phone and the managers clearly don't care that all their employees sit outside and smoke while we have 15 cars in line.

So I just came through Taco Bell in Hamilton starving a death. I ordered a grilled cheese burrito, no sour cream. Extra fiesta strips and extra Chipotle sauce. A beef grilled cheese burrito obviously It's not a beef, burrito, it's thin. They charged me almost $7 for it. And it's not worth 2 I will never eat there again.

One of the workers, seems to have a very nasty attitude. After ordering we were told they were “out” of every single thing we ordered. So we tried to order other menu options, to be cut off and told they are out of those as well. When we asked what they DO have we were told “UGH, I don’t know. ” So we left and haven’t been back. It’s a shame, this used to be the best Taco Bell for 50 miles.

Took my order quick thru the drive thru, and paid. As she handed me my bag of food, she said 'we didn't have Cinnabon so we gave you cinnamon twist. ' And closed the window before I could even respond. So, I received 2 orders of cinnamon twist instead of a 12pc of Cinnabon delights. It was extremely rude that not only did they not ask me, they closed the window in my face without making sure I waa okay with the switch. Also the price is not the same and didn't offer My money back. Very rude and will not be back.

My husband grabbed dinner, and we do not live very far. Got 2 soft taco steak and 2 soft taco regular. I am guessing they are pre-made because when my husband got home, they were cold like a refrigerator cold. I've called several times, but no one is answering, and they were not busy at the time either. So always check your food. That is something we always do except tonight. I don't think we should have to check if our food is warm/hot.

Just spent $41 to come home to find out all my food was just tossed together, incorrect, and thrown into the bag. They will not answer the phone. I want a refund.

We came to this one on Main Street because the one on High Street isn't very good and they always get your order wrong. The employees here seemed very nice and I tried the Kiosk for the first time but either I did something wrong or the order was wrong. They were very quick on fixing it. The inside was very clean. Overall a very nice visit.

Food is taco bell quality, but the workers could use a major attitude adjustment.
The lady working drive through intercom sounded like she had better things to do. 8/5/23

Hamilton Ohio Main St, Taco Bell is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever eaten at, I don’t know if the employees are intellectually, disabled or high but I’m tired of waiting by the back door for my food when it’s three tacos and a drink and you still somehow manage to mess up the order as well as not give me any freaking hot sauce! And this is not just one time this is over three years. Demolish that building and turn it into something useful.

The customer service is Phenomenal and they load it up for you to enjoy the best tacos as well as Mexican pizza! Good hot and fresh ingredients! Great customer Service

Every time we go our order is messed up I wouldn’t even give 1 star but it made me this place is terrible prolly the worst!

Terrible food. Terrible service. Do yourself a favor and do not eat here! Old cold food. Rude employees.

Lowering my review to 1 star. Three months have gone by since the last review, and the inside is STILL not open. It states that it is open 8 to 8 on the door bimut the inside is never open.

Seconf update: I am lowering my review to two stars. The restaurant was remodeled and is NEVER open when I visit. Drive through only and average service.

Original 4 star review: Service can be hit or miss with speed, service is mostly friendly and will correct any issues with orders. This location can get busy at lunch, dinner and late night so wait times could increase during those times.

THIS PLACE IS TRASH. ITS NEVER OPEN INSIDE. THEY MAKE YOU PULL TO THE BACK FOR NO REASON. IT TOOK 45 MINUTES AND I COULD NOT GET OUT OF THE STUPID LINE! PLEASE RATE THIS PLACE 1 STAR!

I always order the same thing all the time and never had an issue. This time I ordered extra meat on a burrito and they gave me barely any meat and extra rice. Very disappointed!

I love Taco Bell and keep going back, but this store is painfully slow and often gets orders incorrect.

Excellent service. Dined in and ordered a large take out order for party. Clean environment. Friendly staff. Manager checked on is to make sure all was well.
