Watched a woman cuss out the staff in the drive thru over a straw for her water being bent/broken or something? These guys go through so much trouble from crazy people in eastgate. I appreciate the people who make my food quickly after I’ve had a long day of work:) keep up the good work guys!

Witnessed the manager cuss at a customer because taco bell put the wrong menu item in their bag that they were allergic to. Horrible place I'll make sure corporate knows.

We waited in the restaurant 20 minutes until the food tracker said our food was ready. I went up to ask for our food, and they told me they do don't start the order till you get there. Then they told me that they don't have an order under Justin. I overheard one employee screaming at a doordasher saying they don't have that one. And another employee say "these retarded people" Unsure of the context. We got tired waiting, and upset with the staff and left without our food that we had already paid for.

From what I seen, majority of the crew was new to some point. (Eastgate location) The shift leader threw a fit loud enough to hear out in the lobby because one of the crew forgot her hat, I understand it's part of the uniform but there is a way to inform the employee that they are out of uniform without cursing at them. Then the same shift leader threw out the F bomb twice with other customers in the lobby one of which was around five or six years old because the shift leader didn't know where an employee was. That behavior is unbecoming of a member of leadership in any career field, Corporate really needs to think about who they put in leadership rolls. If I was an employee at this location I would have walked out because if corporate allows this behavior from leadership then that is not a great place to work.

Don’t go to this Taco Bell, at least at night. My husband had made a mobile order from within the restaurant, requested in store, and even though our food was ready in the app, they told him they don’t start the food until we get there and we were suppose to go through the drivethru. They also didn’t find our order when they went to go check. We decided to wait a bit longer as we had already paid for our food. While we were there, another customer came in to get his order, but something must’ve been wrong with it because he waited to speak to someone. The guy that had talked to my husband came up to speak to him, then walked away. The customer waited there a bit longer before an older woman came up to him and yelled in his face. Another worker in the back I heard refer to the customer as “retarded, ” and I had heard them refer to other customers with the same name at least once one other time on tonight’s visit. At that point, me and my husband just left, and my husband contacted support over the app to try to get our money back.

Just ordered there 15 minutes ago. Got home to eat and no sour cream on the 3 Taco supremes. Trird to call 3 times and no one answers.
Not happy.
Just left taco bell in eastgate and was in a hurry n didnt check my taco Locos supremes. There was NO sour creme again. I, jj never shop there again.

I was asked 4 times what sauce I wanted. I got all the way home to realize I didn’t get sauce. The guy working the window was really nice though

The drive thru staff were great. But I ordered a side of chips and cheese for $2.59. I got 7 chips. 7 FRIGGIN CHIPS FOR ALMOST $3! Do better

My fiance and i were in the mood for taco bell after a long time of going without. We go there and between the employees loud conversation at the window, the forgetfulness of those involved, and the feeling we were being ignored by our window person, i don't know which i am more annoyed by.

So for reference i ordered the new box, the rolled taco box. My fiance ordered a number 1 with a baja blast. We get to the window, receive our dri ks and were told have a good day. I gave them a confused look and the person said, oh your food. Finally, after about 5ish minutes of hearing a guy complaining and concerned about who is on break with the window wide open we get a bag.

Usually the box comes in a box. Not seeing that was already making me nervous. Fiance thought she checked good the first time. Sure enough we get home and check thoroughly and we are missing items. For one the rolled tacos which is the name sake of the box, was missing. My fiance hates sour cream and each taco had, you guessed it, sour cream. The food itself was cold. We traveled only about 5 minutes away and it was pretty much our last stop.

My fiance is done with the eastgate taco bell, but I am a reviewer who loves to give at least one more chance. I don't know if maybe they were having an off day or not, but I am willing to try it over. If the situation repeats itself I will avoid this establishment in the near future. We shall see.

Order was wrong.the potato's in my burrito were OLD and cold. The 5 layer burrito was missing items. Usually it's not this bad but it was bad this time for both me and my family member. Unfortunately

9/11/23 - Went through the drive thru on a slow Monday night. Ended up having the best drive thru customer service experience I’ve probably ever had at a fast food restaurant. On top of that, received the best Taco Bell food ever! Portions perfect and equally distributed. Mind blown

No acknowledgment at the counter for about 5 minutes. Then we were told to continue to wait or use the kiosk. The nachos bell grande had chips from the bottom of the bag so very few whole nacho chips. How do you eat nachos that are in tiny pieces? Terribly disappointed.
