Taco Bell, Middletown OH

Visited on 10/13/2023 8: 30 pm and the drive thru service was the MOST HORRIBLE SEVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE. The ‘boy’ ‘young man’ had the most pathetic attitude. If he’s unhappy with his job he should just quit and find employment elsewhere. The lady handing the food out the window was just as bad, as if her arms were broken she couldn’t reach out the window whatsoever. DO BETTER!

We only got 1 item that we ordered. Everything else was wrong. And cold on top of that. Horrible, horrible, horrible

Didn't put half the order in the bag. Hung up on me when I called to ask about my food. Drive back to talk to a manager who slowly typed in the order and had to wait another 20 minutes for my food.

Worst Taco Bell ever. Three of three visits I waited over an hour for my food because they make the order wrong every time. I’m currently waiting at the front counter for over 15 minutes, as no one is available to help. Other customers come in to get their orders corrected. The wait becomes longer. Amazing that they can stay in business.

Its been awhile since we have been there. Our Burrito Supremes just didn't taste the same and not very much beef for the Supreme I even asked if this was the Supreme he told me it was. If we go back we will order something different

The food was good just depends on whenever you go and who is working always get the chicken chalupas but the chalupa shell is always hard and nasty like it's old.

I wanted to give it one more try last night 9/11/2023 and it was horrible I got the Gorda Crunch box the gordita rap was wrong the beans in the burrito supreme was hard and cold in the middle of the burrito it was horrible no sour cream or nothing and Pepsi Zero didn't even have any ice in it I wanted to give you guys one more chance but y'all need to like really really change your night shift people i will be going to the new one in Monroe now.

I love Taco Bell, but the soft taco supreme just really weren't that good. The lady who took the order at drive thru seemed tired.

I only really have a couple of questions/suggestions — is there any Taco Bell in America where they don't put beans on one end of a burrito, and beef at the other end? Every. Single. Time. I would love to have my beef and beans side by side in the tortilla. And, why is there always 3X more beans than beef? I shouldn't need to order extra beef to make the portions equal. Honestly, there's so little beef I can't tell whether I've hit a few lumps in my beans, or what. If these issues are addressed I'll re-review with 5 stars!

WENT THREW THE DRIVE THRU MY ORDER LOOKED LIKE IT CAME OUT OF THE TRASH CAN NOTHING WAS WRAPPED TWICE IN A WEEK ONLY TRIED TO EAT THERE 2 TIME THIS WEEK

Awful service! Never expect much but penny had terrible customer service skills from the start. First she got my order wrong then I went all the way back and she lied and said the order was on top, which it wasn’t, I double checked.obviously wouldn’t have went all the way back if it was all there.anyways went back and still got the wrong order and was still missing a taco.penny the manager was very rude. If she doesn’t like her job she should get a new one… NOT in customer service. Terrible experience due to penny.

Ordered on the app for breakfast, it says they are open and they took the money out of my account yet I get to the restaurant to pick it up and wait in the drive thru for 15 minutes and no one answers.needless to say I cancelled my order and never got my money back! The employees here are rude.

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to just went through there they have a lunch menu up could barely tell me what was for breakfast put no jalapeño sauce on my crunch wrap like asked sausage barely done looked like they threw it on the burner for 2 seconds I had to throw it out the window it looked so disgusting. This is like the 5th chance I’ve given this place I won’t be back again. Get better employees because you guys are horrible! Waste of time and money look like straight slop. Get help.

In the dine-in only got there there was no workers manager was wrong and it was backed up 30 to 45 minutes late

Service is not the Best every time something is missing and they charge you for it is not good

THIS PLACE IS THE BOTTOM OF THE BOTTON OF THE FAST FOOD CHAIN! These people are incompetent, brain dead, morons on the planet. I walk in and these people don't acknowledge your existence and this one deadbeat idiot pretends he is mute and didn't help me. These people are rude as heck. And the manager cursed out an employee. Super unprofessional. Morons. 0/10

The customer service was good, but the app was acting weird and kept deleting items from my order. (I had to reorder one item and didn't realize another was missing until I got home.)

This place is ridiculous. Employees sitting around complaining about cleaning the fryers. Yikes. What does that mean? Food was freshly prepared.cold.maddening. Place wasn't even clean. Forced to use kiosks and the people act like they're doing you a favor if they have to speak to you or get something for you. Shame. Used to be a great cheap place but has turned into everywhere else with no service and bad food.

The food was inedible with anything that had ground beef in it. This is the second chance and this new meat recipe has made us not want to return. Which is sad because we frequently eat there Our 3 young Grandkids love going here after church on Sundays. Today we spent $40 and a lot went into the trash. I got the number 9 combo and was Only able to enjoy my drink. The rest was not good…I’m trying to be nice and

Pure trash. Customer service terrible. I had to ask if someone could take my order. Got home, order was wrong.
